Well organized, generous open isles. IMO, better organized than many clothing stores.

I went up to a male worker who seemed to be organizing shirts on a rack. I politely said "excuse me I have a question?" And the look I received was an intense eye roll, a deep breath and he folded his hands in front of his chest as if to say "if you say one more word I'm going to completely lose it". So I just said.."never mind" and I walked away. This completely ruined my experience here because I've never been to this goodwill before. Don't go there. Because apparently asking an employee for help with a simple question is a death sentence.

Went to drop off items. There were piles and piles of bags stacked outside and the workers asked me what was in my bag then tossed it in one of the outside stacks. The employees were very kind and friendly, but my issue was with all the donations just outside everywhere. It was bizarre. I’m not sure what is happening at this location but I won’t be dropping off again because it looked like none of my items were going to make it inside and were headed straight to the trash. It was awful. Wish I would have taken a pic.

Used to be 5 stars. Prices have gone up because theyre putting it based on online prices. This is a thrift store! Everything is donated why are you going to raise the prices. Not going to goodwill anymore.

I’ve been coming to this location for the last three years and since February of this year 2023 the prices are ridiculous. I understand you have to make your money, but really 300 bucks for some shoes .. y’all need to bring back old management.

Goodwill Baytown has become a joke. They but out trash, broken items, charge more on some items than when they were new.Apparently the Baytown store either keeps the good stuff for themselves or holds it back for their friends or someone who pays them off, you can look through the doors and see nice items sitting back there while they push out trash. Where's the management? Goodwill gets these items for free but now just wants to charge more for trash.

The worker in the cashier the black woman(only a white a woman and black Woman’s on duty sadly I Didnt get her name) on shift around 5pm, on April 3rd. Insisted that I return an item from the shelf instead of putting it to the shelves making her job easier. Although as a customer we pay to get the racks and shelves organized it’s not our duty. I respectfully did regardless of being tired I’m not her manager that should instilled that as a any retail employee. it’s the workers duty on shift and responsibility to put things away in their time when possible. It’s not right to give a buyer a harder time of the day after they indicated they did not want to bring the item to the front. I’m hoping this *COMPLAINT* gets seen and used to instill to their workers not to use authority position on buyers. I was tired minding my business attempting to get an toy out of view from my toddler. Avoiding her getting me tired more out than I already felt. If a buyer indicates or says no. It’s because we’re paying to have someone do the work. I’m hoping that leaving this comment the manager takes this into consideration and let’s their employees know. It’s not a mindset to continue or carry that Walmart employee would not tell a customer to go return an item because employees are paid to do it. Same to every employee. Therefore in any retail store you should not tell a customer to do a task for you. It’s on you to do later. In each employee’s own time away from the register( she indicated was her reason I should pass it to her) when she had time away from the register it can be handle. Later. Not for a buyer to do. Or let a person on the floor if they are to pass a buyer left an item that goes in the kid section. Simple. Hopes this gets heat and in the future approached in a different manner.
