My husband and I placed an order on his account for 3 SnapBacks to coordinate with some clothing he was wearing to some upcoming events. The order arrived in a timely manner and we were excited to open the packages to see the products in person. To our surprise, one hat was shipped separately and it was only in a BAG.. no kinda packaging protection and not in a BOX!! The hat looked like it had been sat on and kicked around before it made its way to us. And to make matters worse, a security tag was still attached. VERY disappointing to see something we spent our money on be packaged so carelessly. And this is now the SECOND time Hibbett has shipped us a hat in this way/condition, to the point where it’s not even wearable! I called customer service and while the rep was extremely kind and apologetic, she said I was unable to return the item in store and HAD to ship it back in the mail. She emailed the shipping label and I thanked her for her assistance, but it didn’t seem right! So I drove down to the nearest store location and even the employee there was shocked at how bad the hat looked and questioned how and why a security tag was attached. He processed the return with NO PROBLEMS and luckily we got our money back right away, instead of having to wait for the package to be sent out. At this point, we’re considering just NOT even buying hats online from here again.. too much of an inconvenience to receive damaged goods. Please do better packaging shipments to people spending their hard earned money to support your business.

Very nice they greeted me as I walked in. One of the lady associates ask me if I needed any help. I would go there again. I only ended up purchasing a pack of Nike socks and I also had a $20.00 discount so I only paid about $9.00 for the pack of socks sweet ??❤️

I received terrible customer service, we waiting awhile wanting to get a shoe size to try on and no one helped. So we decided to leave and the cashiers just watched us walk out and didn’t say a word. I would recommend purchasing from a different store.

The Baytown store has horrible customer service, this is my 3rd pickup order that I've waited hours for an email to pick up and never received it but once calling the store told it was cancelled due to damage then received the cancelled email, I will never order from that store again

I had to wait for 30 minutes outside because they open late, not to mention the registers were not working and the employees are not knowledgeable on their products because they have to keep asking each other for information. The response I got from them was I don’t know ma’am. And another thing is when anyone tries to call their store number it’s always busy. I do not recommend visiting the store unless you want ghetto service.
