Hilton Garden Inn Houston - Baytown did not disappoint. My room was comfortable, clean, had everything I needed, and everything was in working order. The front desk staff could not have been any nicer or more professional. This is the hotel to stay at in Baytown.

Hotel looks almost brand new (we had to ask how old it is and was surprised that it’s 7 yrs old). VERY clean rooms! Lots of people accessing outside pool enjoying themselves. One elevator was not working but there are only 4 floors and we never really noticed that as a problem. Bed and pillows comfy. Bathroom well stocked. Small microwave & fridge in king room, which had plenty of space. Still can’t get over how clean it was! Felt safe and ample parking. Left before breakfast but sweet attendant gave us a small bag of fruit for the road! Bet breakfast was great!

Great place for a business stay. Friendly helpful staff. They are still working out some issues since the hurricane, but I will stay here on all of my Baytown business trips.

Your truck window will get busted out will thieves to go through your truck right in front of the hotel. The manager and everyone that works there act like they know nothing about it and act like it’s no big deal. It was a $450 fix on my part. So don’t leave anything in your vehicle if you want it

Shame on HGI Baytown for gouging prices during a time when people are in need after a devastating hurricane that hit the area. I’m a Hilton Honors Gold Member and have stayed at this fabulous location over the years while visiting family and personal events. Never have I paid over $95 a night. I wanted to book a room for a funeral and see they have doubled, tripled their prices ($212 a night) because local people are without electricity from hurricane Beryl. Disgusting in my opinion!! Hampton Inn across the street has not tripled their prices during this time. Shame on you Hilton Garden Inn Baytown!!

The restaurant serves breakfast but not dinner. The facility is excellent. It has a workout room and a wash room. The room I stayed in had an iron/ ironing board, hair dryer, kurig with coffee,decaf, tea, lots of linen, and the air cluster kept things cool.
The staff is excellent, Thet genuinely want you to enjoy your stay.

Easy on & easy off the freeway to this location. This a newer hotel with some really nice rooms. All of the staff I encountered were really nice & helpful. Definitely a good hotel in a safe area while traveling.

Stopped for the night in our way to New Orleans for vacation. Staff was nice and the place was clean. Good simple breakfast. Would stay here again.

This Hilton is set back off the main road so you do not get the road noise. The staff is so nice, courteous, and professional. The rooms are beautiful with blackout screens. Very nice.

Was a nice stay for the night plenty of businesses nearby. Was able to park a box truck for the night lots of parking available.
Rooms: Clean rooms didn’t have an issue with them. Very new and updated.
Nearby activities: Lots of restaurants and fast food available nearby.

What a wonderful hotel! Great breakfast options, but I suggest including it in with the price of your room. They have menu options and then a buffet area. The beds were super comfy. Quiet hallways too. Any requests were taken care of right away too!
Food and drinks: They open the bar in the restaurant at 5 pm to 10 pm too.
