“I went to 6 other furniture stores in town before finding this place. This was the best by far! The salespeople were so lovely, especially Rosa. She was so dedicated to finding me something I liked within my price range that would be delivered in a timely manner. The prices here are very reasonable, and even if you don’t find what you like in the store, they have many online options that they can have delivered. The place has a very relaxing atmosphere and the employees make you feel at home. Thank you again to Rosa for providing a 5 star experience!”
“There is a young lady who works at the Ross’s on 146–I believe that is still considered part of Baytown. Over the past 2-3 months, I have shopped there maybe 3-4 times. Since that time, I always see this same young lady — working so hard!
Last night—when I arrived, she was hanging up returned, or tried on, clothing back to their appropriate areas—she is very fast! Then, not long after, I see her at the cashier/return area—the ONLY employee in that area—greeting each customer, answering the phone, taking returns, ringing up sales—and all while being professional, welcoming, smart, quick—and always with kindness. Her name is “Rachel.” Please give this young Lady praise, respect & encouragement! We ALL, each need to lift others up—by being positive, encouraging, respectful, showing appreciation — positive brings positive. A positive culture attracts & keeps — GREAT folks—GREAT employees.
