I have a love hate relation with Baytown Home Depot. I'm here at least five times a week. Got alot of projects going on with more to come. Store seems to be understaffed and the self checkout can sometimes be a nightmare. The fastener section is in total disarray and more than not do not have what I need. By contrast Lowes fastener section is a thing of beauty. Do like their paint department and the Veterans discount has saved me alot of money.

never coming to this store again waited for over 30 minutes to get assistance and whe someone finally came was very rude and with a nasty attitude i ended up not buying anything even the managers were very rude

I'm a truck driver, I bring merchandise for Home Depot and Lowes, but this guy in particular is disrespectful in his schedule and attention to drivers. He starts at 7 a.m. and not by chance, they serve you until 8:30 a.m. and from there until they unload another 1:30 a.m. The deliveries here are eternal, as if they bought the truck for the whole day.

I had a storm door installed and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The person who installed it messed up my door casing and did a sloppy job. Home Depot will not accept responsibility for it. While I was in there doing a claim other customers where calling in to get a follow up on there claim and each time the Home Depot employee would tell them there claim was denied. DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR HOME!! You can buy your supplies but don’t let them install it!! Home Depot should stick to sells not installing the products they sell. I knew something was wrong when the guy they sent out tried to cut a side deal with me and told me to buy the door and he would install it on the side. Never again will I let Home Depot touch my house. Never.

I recently bought some carpet there and installed it. I needed a foot more to join together. When I went to purchase it the carpet cutting machine wasn't working. I then went to another one but they were out because it went on clearance. I come back to my store and asked to speak to a manager and explain my situation. Steve the Store Manager personally cut the piece I needed. This is customer service. I'm very grateful and really appreciate you helping me in my time of need.

Sergioand the nice lady in electrical are the only bright spots in the store. No one else knows anything, and the customer service is atrocious

I wanted 3 storage tubs I waited for over 30 minutes after talking to 2 employees for assistance and never got any help
The a happy man came by and ask if I needed help and I replayed yes and he got what I needed quickly and assisted me to the car thank you Moleek for you help
