I walking to the store today 8/1/24 I told customer service and I told one of the sellers on the floor that I needed some help to load up my Toro lawnmower and then I told him that I needed some help on the echo trimmer 225 I never have the help for any of the Items I load up my own lawn motor and I went and pay for it I was so uncomfortable that I didn’t get the 225 trimmer I just pay for my lawn motor and walk away. I waited and they called the manager and the manager didn’t show up either.

As a 30-year home Depot customer, I love it when I can't find something, so I can see if the employees can. Haven't been disappointed yet.

It is a clean and organized home depot, just like the majority of them out there. But one issue that I find to be aggravating is whenever they're having a large holiday sale and you need assistance getting the things that they have locked up behind cages. Or on a shelf over ten foot tall and they're so shorthanded that you're in the store two hours to buy two things because you can't find help. Sometimes it's just better to buy it online.

What a disaster! No employees to checkout! Self check outs only! Some for cards only. and some for cash. Several of the self checkout locations were even closed. One long line down the front aisle with approximately 15 people waiting. Tried the contractor registers at the other end. More self checkouts, again, some for cash, some for cards and some for phone orders. Again, some of the self checkout location were closed. Another long line; therefore, I put my products down and went across the street to Lowe's. There they had someone to check me out! Assuming that all Home Depots have converted to self checkout, I doubt that I will ever return to a Home Depot.

Visit this location because in the only one in town & always get what I need from this location but time they outdid themselves “COSTUMER SERVICE” came into get a exterior door handle set “door knob with deadlock” took about 15 minutes to figure out the right one to choose the Mr Blake helped me find the matching ones for my other exterior doors but as usual we have purchase the item before rekeying so I waited 30+ minutes to get through the line for reinforcements to relieve the 20+ customers so when it was time to ring me out & get a manager after I explain the process to the actual THD cashier which they should already be trained on the matter they could not locate the manager or someone with training to help me get what I came in for by this time is been 45 plus minutes they informed me that they were at lunch & it was impossible to take care of the matter even tho I have been a customer time time & again on multiple house & projects spending hundreds even thousands of $ that I even possess THD credit cards & sent me on my way pretty much an hour + that will never get back of my time off from work. Geez Louise!!! Just a number is how we get treated thank but no thanks, let’s see what MCoys can do for now on or maybe Lowe’s!!!
