This Home Depot is very clean. The employees are always willing to help when needed. The cashiers at the front are super friendly as well. Even through they have self checkouts they will help you check out. Had help from some super friendly girls named Jodie and Rosie, very sweet and answered all my questions even helped me set up my veterans discount on my phone. Highly recommend this location great experience all around.

That they have more workers working yesterday it took us almos 3 hrs just to purchase items and no one helped getting all the material loaded only a random stranger helped us

the idea of not being able to walk 20feet inside to pay for a plant because it's now exit only is ridiculous...you lost sales today for sure.

great job Home Depot. although you're very packed and I do mean packed we were in and out of their in no time. don't forget to thank the cashiers of they are doing a wonderful job. alsoa big shout out to the older men in the lawn department that was helping people including ourselves load up the stuff

Just wanted to say thank you to Stan at home depot he went out of his way to help us find a tool box that we had been looking for we had gone to like 3 different stores he was very nice and care to help find it best service ever !!!!!!!

Buyer beware !!! Always check you receipt for sure here. We went in to buy some pavers according to online cost of .25, found them with price marked at .25 cents. Picked up 24 to check and make sure colors and fit was going to be right for the job. Left and went to a different store before checking receipt. After looking found they had charged me .49 cent each not the .25 cent as marked. Back to store going to pavers to make sure of price , took a picture of the .25 cent price going up to get money back. Of course they say the price is .49 cents . Said that that was a sales price and it was over on Wednesday . Called for Manger . Told him the story he wanted to check price. We went back to check and guess what it had been changed by someone , but we had taken a picture and had old price .25 cents was dated and marked showing the 25 cent prices. Other issue was that the pavers we bought were only 39 cent now not 25 cent and not the 49 cents they charged us. I'm sure they should have honored the price as marked but they didn't . I'm sure I want be doing business there anymore. Shame a company does this kind of business to Loyal customers. BE VERY AWARE can't go any lower on rate

The worst customer service EVER! Waited over an hour and had three people in the house trying to contact a real live person to help. FINALLY canceled my order without any alternative to my delivery problem. Home Depot may not care to loose my $600.00/but another hardware store will welcome it.

4 pc Samsung appliance pkg purchased 11/25 Don't bother if delivery is important to you. Home Depot got our business because Lowe's had given us so many bad delivery dates in the past and Home Depot had been reliable. We didn't even look to price match. Now Home Depot is doing the exact same thing. To make it worse, I don't even get the delay notice from Home Depot. It's a "recorded" call from Samsung with no new delivery date and no one to talk to. After speaking to both Home Depot and Samsung the new date being offered to me is 1/23. That's 1 month after the confirmed chosen date of 12/21 date (we were offered as early as 12/9) and 2 months after the order date. It is beyond me why Home Depot would put their reputation at risk by selling products of a supplier who could not provide more accurate dates. Even though complaints will be posted against both parties, the one for Home Depot will have the more negative impact on their sales because its the Point of Sale and their employees are the ones giving the customer dates. Being right before the Christmas Holiday and at the last step of the remodel project, this is really upsetting. Home Depot doesn't install over the range microwaves and my contractor will be long gone by 1/23. And of course not having major appliances for the holidays is more than inconvenient. Even If I shopped elsewhere now it would be to late for delivery. Home Depot should insist all their suppliers offer reliable delivery dates. If not then they should make it clear to a customer that the date they are choosing is not guaranteed. This is a disappointing experience

Shelves for not start Isles were very messy display items have been move away from the edges so your cart could not fit down the aisles the people that were there to be assisting people were very unhelpful do not know where anything was or what I was talking about the people are very uneducated to the point that they cannot talk properly I do not speak Ebonics and I'm not from the ghetto neither do I expect to feel like I am when I go to the Home Depot I will not be going back to this location I rather drive 20 miles out of my way to avoid the experience you get one star because there's not half a star

INCREDIBLY disappointed with the customer service from this store. We placed an order to be delivered to our home. It was delayed a day due to weather, understandable. Today it arrived missing 7 items. When I called and informed the representative handling delivery issues, she basically told me I had to bring all items and paperwork to the store and only they would they help. If I could have picked up these items in my vehicle do you think I would have ordered it to be delive
