I have been calling the office for weeks now about my taxes. The tax agent that prepared my taxes was not very knowledgeable. She still hasn't completed my taxes. I made it very clear that I needed my taxes completed so I can complete my son's financial aid in student loans. I called several times asking to speak to a supervisor or to have a supervisor call me back. Weeks later and several calls and no one has called me back.

Horrible!!!!! Rude. Paid them $400 dollars and they didn’t even file my taxes. I had to pay someone else to do them. Oh, and they didn’t refund me! They actually tried to say they didn’t do them even after having copies of my rerturn!

The associates and ladies were very disrespectful and hung up on me. They didn’t even know the situation and were just not accurate. The original men I spoke with or associate that answered told me $49 for amending and then they tell me $99 make up your mind and be accurate please. Will not work with this office again. Not worth my time and energy but will speak up for my own respect and dignity. Definitely reporting this behavior to someone else. Unprofessional.
