I had an amazing experience with Melany at the Baytown James Avery location! She was incredibly patient and kind while helping me switch over more than 10 charms to a new bracelet. Even though the store was busy, I never felt rushed—she took her time and made sure everything was done carefully and beautifully. What really stood out was her exceptional customer service. Melany even suggested I wait for my online order to arrive so we could attach all the charms at once, saving me money and an extra trip. She truly had my best interest and the company’s in mind. Thank you again, Melany—it was absolutely worth coming to Baytown just to be helped by you!

I highly appreciate when companies do what they say they’re going to do, which they failed to accomplish. I specifically called to have charms attached to my bracelet so I wouldn’t have to make the drive twice, and after being reassured it would be done and told over the phone the employee would make a note of it before pick-up when I showed up to get it, it was not done. Could’ve simply said they weren’t going to do it and set realistic expectations. Unfortunately it’s the closest location so it is what it is but yeah

The location has suprise me how service is with pick up they decides on assisting customers with pick up the lady assisting on the floor do nothing but look at the customers in line as it get longer some customers walk out what happen to customers satisfaction Its 13 people in line at 7:54 bad business for this location

VERY rude especially the manager with the dark eye makeup. No kind of customer service ignores guests and employees alike… extremely unprofessional.

I wanted to be able to leave a positive review, but unfortunately the Baytown location does not know how to provide customer service to all customers. I watched not only customers but their employees staring strangely at my young adult daughter. I believe she received those strange stares because she was braless under her top. Regardless, they did not offer assistance to her for a while, which seemed odd to me but I’m sure we know why. My daughter purchased two charms and later decided that one was a bit too large for her dainty wrist. On the James Avery website it states that you can exchange charms even if they have been solder you would just need to pay a small fee. My daughter tried to exchange the charm, but the employee told her since it’s been solder it’s considered worn and she cannot exchange it. This entire experience was disappointing because my daughter was not provided with the customer service she rightfully deserved.

i think the employee PERLA should not talk about a customer with another employee in front of the customer! PERLA was rude and then stepped away and talked about me! she was mad about not making a $100 plus sale! wanting me to totally replace my bracelet. my bracelet has sentimental value! i would rather drive to League City than deal with her there!!!
