I've never gone to this Walgreens Pharmacy and had a seamless transaction. It takes 2-3 phone calls to get them to actually fill your script they will say they don't have it or never received it and the different techs stories never align. (If you don't have it, maybe let the customer know?) it's always a hassle to work with them. Have often been told to get over the counter meds instead of the techs filling behind the counter. Well I have a 1yr old, so there is a reason the doctor is sending a special prescription for the techs to fill. it's evident most do not care about you as a customer/patient. I've been having issues with this location and the other Walgreens on Garth since i moved here a year and a half ago. I'm so done. And I'm writing this same review for the other location. Walgreens Pharmacy has continuously gone down hill as the years have gone on. I've been a customer for a long time but I'm fed up. Hopefully CVS has techs who care.

This is the worst pharmacy - if I could give it 0 or negative stars I would. They are extremely slow to fill prescriptions and when operating the drive-thru. During my last experience with them, they sent my prescription to a different Walgreens without telling me, then proceeded to tell me my prescription was ready at the wrong location. I only used them before because they were 24/7, but now they're only open till 11pm.

I bought a blood sugar meter and strips last night. I paid cash. This morning I came to return them unopened and was told I can't have my money back and have to take it on a W card. I can't buy groceries with a W card. I refused the W card and was told I have to see a manager who won't be here until tomorrow. This. Isn't. Over.

I understand businesses are under distress due to the Coronavirus and all but please don't take it out on your customers. I pickup my prescription meds from your driv thru and after placing my car in parked for a moment or waiting on a response from the pharmacy tech. I eventually pushed the button for assistance; no formal greeting just a response "I'll be with you in a moment and click". I swear if this pharmacy wasn't right by my house and I wouldn't have to second guess if another pharmacy might have my prescription or not. I would definitely seek elsewhere. But hey don't test me because I have been known to drive several miles out for good customer service!! This customer service definitely needs improvement not just for today but on most day's. However, throughout the store customer service is great!

Had the worse service ever! I dropped off a prescription last night! Received a text saying it was ready this morning get there only to be told it wasn't! They said give them 10 mins which turned into an hour and 40 mins!!!! The technician was rude and wouldn't return my prescription upon request!! Totally unprofessional!!

The Pharmacy is very ruled I've been filling my meds there for several years and still they JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER . One time a stranger called me and asked for my wife and said they was sorry to bother her but they had her prescription and was willing to meet her to return it to her Thanks to that stranger, But I wish people would just do there job and help the customer with a smile....

Worst pharmacy ever! I wait two days for medicine to come in, all day for them to finally fill it, wait in lin e30 minutes , pay $50 and get the worn prescription! Never go here

We had to leave a star to leave a review, otherwise I wouldn't have given it one. The pharmacy hours have changed and they open at 7. I got here right at 7 and it wasn't open. 7:10 I ask a manager about it and she said she wasn't sure, but thought they were running late. 7:35 rolls around and they finally open up. I need to drop off a pain medication script for my husband and they tell me it will be a HOUR wait. I've already waited 35 minutes for y'all to be here on time and now I have to wait another hour?! Makes no sense. I'm stuck here because no one else is open right now and my husband is miserable at home. I'll never be back here. This is ridiculous. Do better Walgreens.

Worst Walgreen drive through I ever seen. Waiting more than 30min to pick up a prescription. Then they told me you don't have prescription even though I received a txt msg from Walgreens saying I have a refill .Need to hire more people . Stay away.

This is without a doubt 100% the most poorly managed pharmacy that I have ever been to in my life. Most everytime I'm here it's a long wait or they forgot a script and I have to return for a third time to get my order. It's 24 hours and I work shift work and they have me coming back for more abuse

Don't drop off a prescription with intent on having it filled even after the pharmacy tells you they have it in stock and it'll be ready in under 30 minutes. Being that other pharmacies in the area were also open at the time of dropping it off and closed when I went to pick it up. And their response was sorry we thought we had it when we told you that we did... We can hold it until we get a shipment in...

This place has HORRIBLE customer service, I am the only car at the outside window. I set there over 15 min just for them to see what i needed. The only reason i go there is its the only 24 hr pharmacy. Choose another Walgreens if you can

I try to avoid this location at all costs. The location that I usually go to is great, however, they are not available for photo orders. Three times I've been to this Walgreens for a photo order only to be told ya not ready after receiving an email that my order is ready. I have been standing here 25 minutes as I type this waiting on them to "fix the machine."

Hard to tell who has worst service. The CVS across the street or this Walgreens. Move my prescription to a Houston HEB and just pick it up on my way in from work.

If I could give a zero for how Jennifer the manager just treated us, I would. We waited at least 5 minutes after the checker called for her to clear his register. When she finally came to the front of the store, she went to the photo shop instead of to the front register. At this point the checker had called for her twice. My husband decided he would go get her to come to the front, when he walked over to her she gave him a go to hell look. Really Jennifer? Do you not understand there is a CVS across the street? Guess what? We left our merchandise on the counter and drove across the street to CVS. Walgreens if this is a good as you have you're gonna be in trouble soon!
