Love this Kroger's, they always have a huge selection of goods. Baytown Kroger's is the best store to buy groceries.

I bought two mangos that were advertised as $0.79 each but ended up paying 3 dollars for. That like double, so I looked into it and the sign said in small print that you needed a digital coupon AND a Kroger card.
That seems like a disingenuous and nasty tactic to make extra profits from people that think they are getting a deal. What about people that can't see the fine print? Disgusting.

Gigi in the deli has the worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with. She’s so rude asked her questions and she just has a bad attitude when she responds. Won’t ever order deli treys from this Kroger. My husband spends a lot of money every month for his union meetings and she was just plain rude when taking our order so we chose to order from the 1960 and WLH location from Hannah and what a huge difference in the customer service. Won’t be back to Baytown Kroger ever.

Took awhile to get used to this store and all the new bells and whistles. But this is a great krogers. Big enough to move around in even when it busy. Jennifer in the Bakery is very helpful...

asked 2 different people for help finding an item. One said “try the make up section” & the other said “i’m lost myself i don’t know where anything is.” when looking for assorted hand needles. Online it said they had them in stock but the aisle number was incorrect... thanks guys. for absolutely nothing.

I don't usually do review but I have to, due to me finding Chuck of hair and my zummos sausage, this morning as I was cooking breakfast for my daughter, I shop there every month, and with no discussed, but for me to find this in my favorite meat that just took away the type of meat I buy every month its very saddling and I don't think I'm be shopping at baytown Garth korger anymore.

The employee named Natalie and the other one I believe is named Alyssa were very stand offish and rude. I was waiting for a long time and I wasn’t given a “I will be with you soon” nor “I’m sorry for the wait”. I was only given an annoyed expression from both and a watered down mediocre drink. I usually love this Starbucks, but these two new employees are making me want to go to the Target Starbucks instead.

I don’t frequent Kroger unless it’s the closest store in proximity. The produce is never really fresh there is always some soft or slightly rotten fruit in the mix . I’ve also noticed that it’s better to go through the full service checkout if you’re black because if you go through self checkout you have to get the attendant to double check your order before you pay . It’s actually prefer they’d have more cashiers so that I didn’t have to check myself out . I’ll stick to .heb.

I shopped here today and checked out at 12:28. When I arrived home I put my groceries away and discovered that 4 items were missing. I checked the trunk of my car 3 times before I attempted to reach out by phone to the store.
I was transferred to another line and I was placed on hold, I waited approximately 10 minutes and no one answered. I attempted to reach them several times and each time I cannot get the help I require. If anyone answers they just transfer the call and the same result-NO ONE ANSWERS.
I live in Crosby TX and I had to go to another store (in Baytown)to pick something else up and decided to go the Baytown Walmart.

I placed a delivery order on a Friday to be delivered on Saturday between 6pm and 7pm. This was a delivery for work because we would be providing food for everyone that night. On Saturday at 7:15pm I received and email that my groceries would be delivered between 8-9pm. Ok so they were late, I could deal with that. At 7:49pm I had a missed call from Kroger. At 7:53pm I called back and was told they close at 8pm and my groceries would be delivered on Sunday morning. At this point I have 15 people hungry and relying on Kroger for dinner. Keep in mind we aren’t able to just leave the job site to go to the store. I asked the lady if I could have someone come pick my order up. She said no, I can’t swap it over. I said do you have my order ready and she said yes. I explained I didn’t understand she said I can’t swap it from delivery to pick up and we are closing right now. She told me my groceries could be delivered in the morning and that the third party delivery company didn’t have a driver so my order was canceled. The problem I have with this is there was no accountability and not one ounce of trying to help me. The lady was rude and not helpful at all. I will not ever use Kroger delivery again.
