Omg this was the best visit I had with this company. I had to switch locations because the last time I went they didn’t put enough oil in. But these young men were awesome informative polite.

I got my oil changed less than 3 months ago. I had to take my car into dealership for another reason and upon inspection they found that my oil filter was not properly installed and the oil was leaking, I had already lost over a quart of oil. I have tried calling customer service 3 separate times in the last week and each time I gave up after waiting on hold for over 30 minutes. There is no phone number for the actual store front so unless you drive over in person good luck speaking with anyone if you receive poor service.

Very Professional and courteous. I thought my insurance card had been replaced by my wife but she never put the renewal card in my vehicle, ur staff was very patient with my wife and I until I got my renewal insurance card to get the emission test done. Will be back. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to everyone from the Gutierrez Family,

This was not take 5. This was take 1 hr. They didn’t even clean the windshield or top off my tires with air. The woman moved slow as molasses. They had 1 fast tech. I usually go to the Crosby location where they are fast and efficient. The Baytown location will change your oil, but it won’t take 5 min. Be ready to wait a very very very very long time. And when they get to you be ready for them to move in slow motion.
