I purchased a pair Jordan 3 Retro Cardinal Reds, well at least I thought I was. Got home to check the authenticy and they were not authentic. Brought them back within the hour, with the receipt to dicuss the issue. The owner told me those weren't the shoe he sold me. Pretty much robbed me for $300+. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TRASH, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! THEY ARE WHITE COLLAR CROOKS, YOUVE BEEN WARNED!!!
2nd review responding to the OWNERS response.... First off she responded with a white person does not work at the store if you read the review that was wrote, it says white collar criminals. Therefore her education level and her prejudice mind frame is shown in her feedback. I know exactly which store I went to there's no mistake you're right next to the Jewelzz Gold & Diamond store on Garth rd at 5610. I will not go back and forth I'm here giving you an honest review on my experience with shopping with such a bias and the unauthentic corporation or in your terms I should say bootleg. I tried to resolve this situation over the phone and also in person and all it did was waste more of my time. I'm just trying to notify the public and make sure they're aware of this place before they waste and I repeat waste their time and money. Have a good day
3rd response you're trying to go back and forth, keep the $270 plus tax you need it more than I do. Bottom line your store is trash and overpriced. Reviews are done for a reason the truth hurts so have a good day and good luck with your business, SIR.

Do yourself a favor and look online before you buy here. You can find the same shoes for $100-$150 less. High prices and poor customer service.

It's a nice place with many shoes, they have Jordan 1, 3, 4, 11, 13, and others, it's a little expensive though, but worth it.
