Nasty bathrooms, rough parking lot, mcdonald's cant even do their jobs properly and get an order right. The staff wanted to act like they didn't even know what I was talking about. Water main broke while we here so cant even get a shower. Will NEVER come back to this place. Need to be shut down

visited while with greyhound. sold me rotten grapes and an egg sandwich so sour and spoiled i nearly puked after the first bite. the sandwich was completely inedible, and now im going to be without dinner tonight. i would very much like a refund.

Loves has plenty of parking and a KW dealership next door.

Lady didnt want to listen when I was trying to walk her threw the new process for scale tickets. Didn't accept my help till the last minute, and wanted me to go back and pay for another ticket threw the app. Not sure if she was on something cuz her eyes were red, or just extremely tired. Other drivers using the cat scale app watch out. New system requires them to log in and look for your truck number and print it manually, doesn't not print automatic anymore.

Big parking lot… and that’s about the only good thing here. From the cashier with an attitude to the cockroach running around by the coffee station — lovely, right? Of course, the coffee machine was “out of order.” Disgusting place I wouldn’t step into again unless I wanted a few roaches as travel buddies in my truck. And I didn’t even dare check the showers — I can only imagine the horror show in there.

Disgusting mold literally every where the smell is so prominent the showers are filled with mold and when I walked in they were spray painting mold spots on the ceiling just be careful or just avoid open food and fountain drinks

I bought a small regular coffee. The sign clearly listed the price as $2.29, but when I got to the counter, I was charged $4.96. This kind of price discrepancy feels careless and misleading. It may seem like a small thing, but it reflects a lack of attention to detail and basic customer care. Travelers rely on clear pricing and honest service. I hope this was just a one-time oversight, but it left a bad impression

This is the worst Love’s I’ve experienced in all my years as a truck driver across America. It felt more like a rundown Pilot, judging by the shower tiles and the condition of the doors. Whoever is responsible for managing this location is clearly doing a poor job. Out of all the fuel pumps, four were out of order. The shower had a broken faucet that kept leaking water, all the hooks were broken, and the humidity and smell of mold were terrible in every room. The only decent part of this stop is the McDonald’s.
