UTTERLY DISGUSTED!! I bought two fans a say ago! The electrician I paid to come and install the fans discovered there were parts missing and wires were used!!He couldn't do the work because I'm single and he couldn't be left in my home alone! A job I had scheduled two weeks before was almost due to this TOTAL INCONVENIENCE! The manager said Lowes doesn't provide anything for the INCONVENIENCE! I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!!

After all the problems l have had with lowes attempting to buy a washer and dryer i just got a call saying they will come pickup my washer if i didn't pay for it again we do not need to shop at this garth rd location again it has taking me to call another store in Pasadena location to get assistants over 8 times this store has treated this black family like shit since 09/02/2022 DONT SHOP THERE GO ELSEWHERE ITS BEEN LIKE SOME 1920 TYPE TREATMENT.

I love this store, I love the associates at the pro desk... I would have given you five stars, but you can't get anyone to answer the phone to save your life!
