The manager Judy is extremely rude. There wasn’t a tag on a pair of shoes but a similar pair was $10. She didn’t even walk the 5 ft to the register when she told the cashier to charge me $15. I brought up that the other pair was $10 and she once again didn’t walk over to the register (the whole 5ft). No this time she spoke loud enough for the whole line to hear that she would “give them to me for $11 and not any cheaper.” After which I told her she could keep them (I was not about to be overcharged for an item especially not after she acted like she was doing me some huge favor). Then she stated, “she didn’t need them.” You could tell the employees didn’t feel at ease either. If she doesn’t like to work with people maybe customer service isn’t the right place for her. This is also not my first encounter with her behaving this way. Hence why I’m taking time to write the review.

I went in to make a return with my receipt the girl did the return so fast she didn't even give a chance to let her know I don't have the card anymore. Ive worked retail a really long time a little advice always asks if it okay to refund to original card before you complete the transaction. I had to call customer service and they told me they should give a gift card but it will arrive 3-4 days. It's annoying that I now have to wait, if she just would of asked before or given me a chance I wouldn't have to wait to receive my refund they kept the item, now I have to wait to see if they me the gift card.
