We Door Dashed food from this location. The driver shows up with only the drinks. Missing 5 meals. The driver claims they asked if the one bag of drinks was the complete order to which the McDonald's employee said yes. We call McDonald's. They say the driver picked up everything including the bags with food. McDonald's tells me to come in person and they will give me the food. Should be a simple fix right? I drive to the location and find two other people inside with messed up orders but no one was working the front register. Then a third customer comes inside saying he paid for 3 double cheese burgers in the drive thru but they gave him one spicy chicken sandwich. Still 10 minutes later no one has helped any of us. 2 more door dash employee came in to pick up orders that were not ready and ended up having to cancel and leave after waiting 15 minutes without even being helped. When someone finally helped me, it took 3 employees to get my order that was already paid for even started. If the place was super busy, maybe there would be a reason for delays or wrong orders. There was 2 guests in there eating. The drive thru line maybe had 2 or 3 vehicles. Avoid this place. Go to a different McDonald's.

They lady didn't speak or understand English. Took over 30 minutes to get a mcflurry. And she still made it wrong. When I asked to talk with the manager, she told me it was her. Had to get another customer to ask for a sack to put my order in so I could even deliver it. Just very sad.

Burger did not melt cheese. Asked for no onions and it came slathered with them. So much for wasting time with my special order of no "0" . Would you believe it... Ice cream machine was broken.

Go there 2 to 3 times a week. Good people. Food warm, employees courteous, always a smile. Some have worked there over a decade and Baytown knows them. Help us during the hurricanes by opening up and they treat every one as equal. Baytown started out as tent people and travelers they understand that and groups change out all the time. Safe most of the time. Better not be rude to our interstate McDonalds people.Parking: You have options. On the side near the drive thru, other side cars, and the big back parking lot for buses, vans and truckers.

I am so tired of the people who work taking orders dont speak English!I asked 5 times to two different people for a McCrispy with Lettuce,tomatoes and cheese with mayonnaise...l got a McCrispy with Ketchup!

I went to this place just now was in line to place an order was told there machine was down they were not taking any orders I asked how long would it possibly be for it to be up the guy said an hour ok. So ask me why they people in front of me just placed an order got their food I pulled over to the side and others were behind me got their food and people in the line were constantly coming so I watch and they placed an order got their food. This is at 2:30 in the morning. Night shift.

I'm rating this a one star and wish I could give it zero. I've been here multiple times tonight and every single time I've waited around 20 minutes for the food. This is insane. This is by far the worse location at getting orders out. We have been sitting for so long and of course the lobby isn't open. I've never in my life seen a worse operated mcdonalds! There's no excuse for orders to take 20+ mins.

I’m starting to think it’s just a Baytown thing at this point. The workers are plain dumb. Sorry but they’re dumb. The lady at the speaker could not communicate at all and we had to pull up to the window to order. It seemed like English wasn’t the best language for the lady so we switched to speaking Spanish which they said they spoke and still could not communicate. Our whole order was trashed, even when we finally got the lady to repeat it back correctly she had keyed an entirely different order into the system. We asked to speak to the manager once we got our disaster of an order and it was the same thing, couldn’t speak English, couldn’t speak Spanish? We also asked them to scan our app to get us the rewards points and that definitely didn’t happen lol. The staff was extremely rude from the drive thru worker all the way to the manager. We ended up just giving up and taking the messed up order home. What does Baytown put in the water here man?? A good food experience in Baytown is truly rare!
