Merle Norman Cosmetic Studio provides a great experience with extremely knowledgeable and polite staff who take excellent care of their customers. The service makes clients feel comfortable, important, and like best friends. The artists are patient, listen well, and are really good at doing makeup for special occasions like quinceañeras, with results that last all day and night. They are also professional and informative for services like ear piercing, making the experience wonderful. The studio has the best products, and the outstanding customer service keeps people coming back for years.
I really don’t like going into places for makeup because of my anxiety & I’m clueless on it. Today I built up the courage to go in & was helped by an amazing lady named Rose, she made me feel so comfortable. She did a great job of explaining every product I was interested in. I will be a customer from now on.

I’ve visited the store about twice to get my make up done for a special occasion. We also brought my niece in to get her make up done for her quinceañera. Stephanie and Kristy are really good at doing make up, they are patient and listen to you. The make up lasts all day and night!

They are great at what they do. Have the best products, but the best part is their personality. Made me feel like I was the most important customer in the world and a mixture of best friends. They helped me so much and were so nice.
