I'm very displeased and disappointed in this company. I left T-mobile because I am having financial difficulties. T-mobile referred me to Metro. I went and bought a card for my cell for $10 and paid for the monthly service of $25. I received a text message reminding me my next bill is due on May 19, 2023 of $25. Then another text reading $65 on May 19, 2023. No one in this store said anything to me about the lifeline program and if so I would have done this immediately. I found out yesterday on the 16th of May 2023 to apply for the lifeline service. I was approved in 10 minutes, but it takes METRO 30 days. Now I will be without a cellphone after the 19th of May 2023 for 30 days. This is not good and they should be more sufficient with there business. I'm a disabled senior and I believe it is good to have some kind of connectivity to the world for ER. SHAME ON THEM FOR BEING LOFTY AND LAZY.

Alondra & Jesica are exceptional customer service people. They treated us kind & respectful. They deserve a raise. My dads phone stopped working & they went over & beyond to help him get up and running again. The world needs more people like them who actually care .

While going in is met with adequate customer service, their phone line seems to have a bit of trouble connecting, I’ve called this store 13 times with 13/13 failing to answer the phone. On mulitple occasions I have had the pleasure of going in and not finding what I’m looking for. They either “Don’t have in stock” or “Have to get it from a different store”. I wouldn’t recommend going here.

Metro PCs is a joke. They care anything about their customers!!!! They will make sure you can pay! I have been furloughed because of this virus for over a almost a month with no help from anyone yet! Other phone companies are help their customers get through this! Not metro they give us 72 hours! Will report you guys to every branch of the government until everyone knows what you really care about!!!! Its not the customers
