Save this Michaels! Give them your business! We were on a late evening run after building a floral wedding arch and running out of supplies. We found here what neither walmart or lowes had (green chicken wire). They also had zip ties and bread ties. Very random things but all the things we needed. They gave great service. Store was clean and organized. The sales staff and manager were amazing and provided top notch service and acknowledgement. They were willing to drop what they were doing to help us on our quest. They will be my mainstay for crafts, baking, decor and home services like sewing supply! What an amazing experience. Gentlemen, you have made my night. Hope ya'll stay well!

This store is great. I was reading other reviews about the self check outs and honestly im not a fan of them either. It’s great for people who are buying less items and are in a rush. But theres not really a space for customers to conveniently place items and check ourselves out. I did however was offered by the cashier if i want to use it or wait so thats very polite of them. But yeah, specially this season they should at least have 2 at front. They were checking people out at the framing area but thats kind of messy because people lose their line. But aside from the self check out, the store is clean, great staff and lots of items to choose from. Im doing 5 Stars because the staff is friendly.

If I could have given a half star I would have. The cashier was an ass. You either need to hire more customer service. Or at least check outs. The self serve is bull. No place to put your merchandise. Got ran all over the store to try and purchase my stuff with my debit card. Bad stuff during a busy Christmas.

It's fine for general craft stuff. However if you are looking for fabric for quilting or sewing, look elsewhere. Absolutely no fabric to look at or even a fabric section. The staff is fine, though often it feels like no one is working there as the cash registers and aisles are bare and absent of staff.

I showed up 10 minutes before the store closed needing a giant bow for my daughters new car. They did not have any, BUT, Kim actually made me one from materials they had in store. NOT to many people care enough for people but she went OUT OF HER WAY TO HELP ME ! THANK YOU SO SO MUCH KIM and I pray your bosses see how you much you care for the customers and treat you the same. Thanks again, you made a little girls day !
