They have a good service but I was there today to get some vaccines. My appointment was at 2:30 and they gave me my vaccines at approximately 3:05. They take a long time 🤪

Worst customer service ever. If I could write a review without having to highlight a star I certainly would. The pharmacy staff has no customer service training.

Every time I go there very professional even though when they have the most rude customers I've been there and I've heard them and they still give them good customer service I'm just talking about The rude customers. They also have good customers that understand that they are busy on the phone with the insurance and what not if they want their right medication they need to be patient God bless all of you thank you Mr Simeon and Anthony!👵

This is such a slow slow drug store. Doesn't matter if you use drive thru or go inside. There can be 5 people in the pharmacy area and only 1 will help anyone

I love how cvs has a variety of products, getting better than walgreens. The people at the pharmacy could be a little more friendly. I understand though that working with the public can be hard sometimes. There is one that's very helpful. Oh I love the coupons too!

I have never been treated more poorly by a pharmacist not only does he have the absolute worst rudest phone skills unwilling to work with me for a medicine I've been taking for 2 years I asked if I could have two pills usually pharmacist will do that he rudely said no with no explanation just an absolute horrible experience I will never use again

I am from out of state and needed a prescription filled. I read all of the reviews for the area CVS stores. This one had the best reviews so I used them. They did not disappoint me. The staff was very friendly, professional and efficient. Thank you for everything.

The little girl working here is rude and will hang up the phone on you. The pharmacy always has issues and either loses prescriptions or they don't properly look up insurance. This place is run horribly

Don’t waste your time, this place and employees are ridiculous, I tried to contact them for over 4 hours with nothing more than I’m sorry. My daughter had fever and clearly a bacterial infection and was not prescribed anything by nurse practitioner Selina, she told her to get Theraflu, and then when I tried to contact them no one would get on the phone. I have to say I have never been treated like this by any healthcare facility. The pharmacist manager did nothing but apologize, the front of the store cashier Shaneka didn’t even want to give her name the second time I called because she failed to do what she said on the first call. How can these people be in business like this?
