Went in to purchase a locker lock . Payed $9 , selected no receipt , and left . Not even 5min later decided that I needed a diff color option . Went back into the store to exchange the item and Tristan made the process complicated for NO REASON. Ended up having to explain to her how to do her job . Please enhance product and policy knowledge as well as memory recall .

I went in a Sunday afternoon...Kelley Who Was at the cashier was slammed by so many customers I was impressed how he was handling every customer. He was incredibly kind and very helpful. The customer service offered by this Office Depot is immaculate
