Don’t even stop here stop at any other OFFICE DEPOT OR OFFICE MAX.
They don’t have cutting machine for the customers, to use after printing numerous documents. Spend a lot of money to not be able to use cutters that every location has.
Passed up several locations if I would’ve known.

I needed help from a Spanish speaking employee and Ms. Diana came to my aid, she was super helpful and patient with me for my needs on a scale from 1 to 10 she was an 11, thank you for all your help!!!

If I could give lower stars I would. It’s worth your time to just drive to the Pasadena store. Unhelpful, rude and short with you. Do better, be better. Basic human decency isn’t difficult

Christina at Office Depot in Baytown, Texas made my day. She made sure I got the discounts I had coming. And, I can tell by her vibe that she cares about each and every customers experience beyond what a survey or CSAT or even human language can explain although it tries so hard in mans idea. Kim and George helped me as the store was closing. Printed my documents with a smile even though it was my fault for coming so late. No stress and they did it with a smile. I appreciated their help so much.

Would be 5 stars if my associate was a floor supervisor she helped beyond what was asked and for this a 3 star visit was easily turned into a 4 to 5 star visit
