One star off because I saw the clothes in clearance deal with little less prices than full price at which I bought couple months ago. I wish they always kept the average price instead of full price then some % off and then clearance price. But I like the place for shopping clothes for my whole family.

2 stars (working on 1). I was in the Baytown Garth road shopping complex and decided to stop by this Old Navy to shop for some items. Clothes were all over the place. It was a tax free weekend so that is understandable. It was a Saturday and I could tell they were short staffed, understandable. I remember the female manager with glasses even speaking to me as I ? shopped.I found my items and went to the checkout line. I heard the same glasses wearing female Manager tell one of her subordinates to open another cash register. So this one semi blonde small girl went to her register and stood there. I had a person in front of me being helped already. As soon as that person finished, the cashier already working called me up. The semi blonde cashier then called out that she could help the next person in line after me.Terrible customer service and I felt violated. It left a bad taste in my mouth because the discrimination was so clear. Next time, if there is one, I will make corporate aware of the pee poor discriminatory service I'm receiving from their establishment. In the meantime, back to Marshalls !!!

Went in to get early Christmas gift last week, ladies were super helpful I definitely recommend if men are looking for Christmas presents for the wife to step in at this location.The cashier was extra patient with me and very nice.Awesome team !

Useless is the first thoughts of this store. I wanted to inquire about an online order, I stood in line for over 15 minutes and the girl was not helpful, just apologized for my broken ankle. The Manager Escobar was just as rude, "call the 1-800 number they will help you, there is nothing we can do." He turns and walks away from me in a dismissive manner. Not going back to Old Navy and it affiliates. To date still have not received online order after 3 weeks. Peter at the 1-800 was just as useless.
