The females in this store are rude and don't want to help out the guys while they are busy with other customers. When asked to help they started being disrespectful and started using foul language and cursed words .

This location is garbage. 10 checkouts, 2 people working them. Phone ringing off the hook. They move with the speed of a dead snail. Waited in line for 20min to get a part they showed was in stock. Waited another 5min for him to go look for it only to come back and say they have to be order it. No apology. No $#!+s given. AVOID THIS LOCATION!!

I called to get a quote for a part since this O'Reilly's was a few minutes less of a drive than to the nearest AutoZone. They said they would price match me the part that AutoZone had for less. Once I got there the manager tried to say otherwise and gave me a hard time. As a mobile mechanic time is money and I can't afford to be wasting my time going to a store and being told one thing over the phone and once I get there the manager that woke up on the wrong side of the bed that waisted my time tell me differently.

The people there do not know about cars and do not know about what they're doing or saying so I will not recommend this location

Called to get a part delivered from another store but they claimed they are not able to do that after being on hold for 10min. I called the next closest oreillys and they helped with ease and no long hold.

Representative claimed she knew what the policy was for warranties on products, in our case batteries. Truth be told she had no knowledge on the warranty or policy after asking her for additional information. If you go to any automotive be sure to get the information on warranties incase you have to exchange.

Wasted my time going there I paid for back drum. they charged me for it. They put the wrong part in the box so I had to drive back then they didn't had the right part in stocks and told me to come back around 3.45 when I call to see if the part was there she said yeah its her so I asked her if they can drop it off cause my co-work laft for the day and I didn't want to leave the shop intended not at my house but at the shop that's only 6 minutes away.but she said no makes me not want to go there anymore. Very poor customer service ...
