Good morning! I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Mr. Oscar at O’Reilly for his outstanding service. This morning, I was in a crisis because my tire had gone flat, and I had no idea how to fix it. The moment I walked in, Oscar went above and beyond to help me.
Without hesitation, he stepped in, assessed the situation, and made sure I was set up to get a new tire. His kindness and willingness to assist, without expecting anything in return, truly amazed me. Even when I offered to pay him for his help, he refused—showing that his priority was simply to help, not to make money.
O’Reilly is incredibly lucky to have an employee like Oscar. His dedication and selflessness deserve recognition, and I just want to say thank you. If you ever need assistance, this is the kind of place you want to go

Joseph was rude on the phone. He just didn't want to help no matter how politely I addressed the issue. His attitude wasn't helpful. I have called this O'Reilly Auto part store before and talked with someone else, and they seemed helpful and polite. But Joseph definitely was not that individual.

Mrs Amanda @ decker and Mr Terril stopped to help me. They went above and beyond to help me get my car battery going which is a very small thing but my car is older and the terminals fell apart. I do not have anyone to help me at home. Will definitely go back if I need any more auto parts.

Excellent service at this store. I stopped somewhere else last night on what I felt was an emergency situation, was charged almost $80 and the guy who checked me out was too busy on a personal call making plans for after work to assist me in replacing my wipers. I checked this location of O'Reilly's today, was waited on promptly, the salesman told me the brand I wanted was on sale AND BOGO. I paid $23 for the same brand I purchased last night and they asked if I wanted them installed. The employees were friendly and personable. Little things mean a lot, they have my business from now on.
