I had a flat tire, when in right about closing time and they were so kind. They put my spare tire on. I came back the next day and they put all new tires on for me. Everyone was very professional and nice. I will most certainly be a regular customer. Also witnessed them with several other people very polite. It was a little scary for me but they put me at ease. I've been at pep boys several times for different services and I have always been treated like I'm their only client at that time. Justin has always helped me and I give kudos especially to him. However, the mechanics who have serviced my car have been top notch. I will definitely go to them for all my vehicle work.

This is literally my first stop when it comes to services, Dustin always knows exactly what I need and what to do.
I never have to really ask, he cares about your needs and ensures that the service is done in full, what ever it is you need they got it here. Thank you Pep Boys but most importantly Thank you Dustin 💪🏽!

DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS!!! The manager that runs this shop will straight up lie to your face. I asked for a simple brake flush and was told it could be done within an hour. I explained to them what I was dealing with and paid to have my vehicle towed there. only to come back 6 hours later to them telling me I needed more than $2000 in repair... AND THEY DIDNT EVEN LOOK AT MY VEHICLE! The manager even went as far as using scare tactics and telling me my car would be unsafe to drive away with and when I asked for my keys he threw a fit and even refused to give them to me right away! I ended up having to take my vehicle to the dealership and after explaining what happened to the mechanic he informed me that the guys working @ pep boys have no idea what they are doing. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND A REAL MECHANIC! DO NOT TRUST THESE LIARS!

Had an appointment for my A/c. I called to check if they accepted my service plan and he confirmed they did. I mentioned that I had an upcoming appointment during the call. When I came in, he asked about the issue and told him the A/c is not blowing cool air (he didn’t say anything about an a/c machine). He went into my car to check out the a/c. He comes back inside and ask if I would like to reschedule my appointment because the A/c machine is down. I said I wish they would’ve told me this on the phone. He claimed that he hadn’t spoken to anyone until I gave the details of the call. He said he thought the appointment was for an oil change. How?? when I selected the issue type(A/c)when scheduling the appointment.
I live 30 minutes away without traffic and you think I’m about to let you waste more of my time on another day? No Sir

I would give a 0 star if I could. We scheduled and called to verify changes to drop off time and was given reassurance of availability by an employee. After a day of work and coordination we drive to our confirmed drop off time and another employee refused to acknowledge the coordination or even attempt to verify with the other employee. Told us no were not gonna take your vehicle and there would be no availability for it to be done as a drop off! Rude and inconsiderate of time a previous customer had spent going thru the pre-coordination. An appointment to drop off one of our vehicles. We we're looking to continue our services with all our vehicles here, but will not be doing so from now on. Remember you are customer service based. Train a bit more on those aspects. Be kind to those who keep that business going.

I made this appointment 3 days ago. I called for clarification on pricing and I appreciated that they were willing to answer my question . I called them ahead of time that i was running a bit late. Let me just say. The man that is currently there, is miserable. Ive never been to a Pepboys and my brother in-law recommended it. All i asked was where do i park, and he decided to give me an attitude. I’ve never been disrespectful to a hard laborer and i appreciate what people do everyday for people like myself that don’t know how to do an alignment or oil change. I will not argue with someone nor will i give my money to anyone or any business that is not willing to give me basic customer service. Will not come here again.

I went to pep boys this morning, 7:30 when they opened and they had no workers yet just a manager. The manager said he was traveling from a different location so he was unaware of the workers in time. Which I understand but I waited until 8:15ish for my car to get an alignment just to tell me I can’t because one of my tires was the wrong size. Okay I get it that’s my fault. But how do you open at 7:30 with no workers.
