Don't even THINK about coming to this place it's getting worse. Little bit of beans more rice and gave me 2 breasts instead of 3. Order was wrong and came back and order was wrong again. I'm a new orleans native very disappointed with this place. Please get the right employees or this place will shut down.

We got our chicken supper time on garth rd in baytown texas. The chicken looked like when we got home . Had been setting under the heating lamps some time . Wasn't fresh and hot. The price you pay gir this food needs to be fresh hot all the time. I Wasn't pleased with it At all . I would like a refund or new order fresh hot chicken. Need to hire people that knows how to cook chicken. Not people that know nothing about frying chicken.

Thought the honey bbq sauce on wings would be less spicy. Wiped sauce off, wings were good. I'll get plain next time.

Very busy, only chicken they cooked was spicy. Waited at least 20 minutes before food was ready inside. Not very organized inside. Several customers inside waiting.

Half the time they don't have any chicken around 3-4pm. There's a woman in there named Jada who has dropped my food and tried to serve it to me on TWO separate occasions. The wait in the drive thru is like going to a drive In movie.

Person taking order couldn't get it right. We had to tell her several times what we wanted. I ordered the 24 wings for $21.99. Got home & there was only 14 hard pieces of chicken. Will not be back at this Popeyes.

The chicken is good.They got my order wrong the past couple of times I have been there.After telling them at the window what I ordered.There service sucks,They dont get the orders right and there red beans and rice is nothing but rice very little beans.They use to have great service.

I do deliveries for doordash in my spare time. Went to pick up an order. Mgr Alejandra says they was no order and would not assist or even consider maybe her system was off line as I could clearly see the order and showed it to her. I had to call the customer and explain they would not help and I could not provide him his food. Very rude employee. Very sad situation

Order food from DoorDash, and They forget my items, and tried to get ahold of them took 15-30 mins to get ahold of someone. They did say they add those items in the next time I ordered. But I Ordered again, they didn’t have one of my items, and again couldn’t get ahold of them to have them change the item so they gave me whatever. Then they ended forgetting my biscuits. It’s very frustrating when they mess up and you can get ahold of them! Hopefully night managers can supervise the cooks and double check bags before they are handed out for take out items and delivered items!

Hello,The chicken was made fresh. However, the sides were not hot. Additionally, the service was not it. The girl with the glasses and braces was not giving the adequate service. She was confused as to what I was saying when I asked for tenders and when I returned the chicken after asking for wings not to be packed she laughed at me. I ultimately think if you’re paying for it, it should be done to your liking within context. Will I be coming again? Not to this location. -1/10Parking: Lots of parking because this location sucks.
