I had a great experience here, the staff were nice and quick at opening my account, never had any issues and if i had any questions they were quick to find the answers.

This bank has gone so down hill and is very trashy. The employees are so rude and dress unprofessionally. They make you wait long times to be helped for no reason. They don’t know what they are doing either. I needed to close a teen account with myself on it so my now adult son could switch to a normal account and they argued that didn’t need to happen. An hour later I told the lady to call someone that knew better than her how to fix this and get us out of there. She called another branch and was told to do what I said to do! Then opening the account took another hour for no reason. The lady that left here was organized and had opened our original accounts in 30 minutes. My boys names changed and they went there to get new cards with their updated names, she said to just scratch the name off the old cards, names didn’t matter. Just lazy and trashy. Names on cards matter, I have been asked to show my id to verify my card, it has to be on there and be correct. Go somewhere else, don’t bother here.

The attendant in the drive-thru gave my husband and I a very bad experience. 12/20/23 at 16:30. We went to cash an insurance claim check which the check was this bank. The attendant took a long time to respond and when she heard me say they are taking so long she lied to us and said "I'm going to be straight up with you they don't have the funds to cash this check." We were in shock because the insurance company has been very professional so we call the contact person and asked him to call the bank and all of a sudden the funds appeared ? I really believe she was a little racist .

Not a very pleasant experience! Waited for over an hour for what u ask? Have no clue! A good branch would atleast let their members know what going on instead of just leaving them wondering. Very rude woman not friendly by no means!! Need new staff!!

This bank is horrible! They have horrible customer service they don’t care about commercial accounts. They mix up deposit slips. The ladies are rude. If there was an option for 0 stars I’d use it. Do not bank here.

Worst branch ever. They hate small businesses and the people that own them. They are very rude, hateful, and deceitful. Personally I wish they could close down. If you own a business I could highly consider finding another bank with honest people that truly care about the business, the people behind it and the community they serve. Shame on you prosperity bank. The only thing you want to do is proper on others misfortune.

Very friendly and helpful folks working there. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is the hours. Other than that it's a great place to put my $.
