Appointments are suggestions not how you'll get in. I had an appointment at 10:40 and had them push someone into my slot and forgot me. I waited an additional 40 minutes before I got upset because i had work. They had walk ins go in and out before i was ever seen. I was there for an hour which is a ridiculous amount of time for a mix up they made. What pissed me off the most was there was no apology. They made it seem like i was the problem for speaking up and pushed back other appointments. Guess thats the game when you do it to one it messes up everyone.

Ms Jackie was very kind and very patient with Kayden as she could see he had high anxiety about having his blood drawn. She talked him through the entire process & made sure he stayed calm. Thank you so much

I was a walkin, and it said I would have to wait awhile. I am OK with that. They had alot of people that day and people who made appointments ahead of time. What I have a problem with is that another walkin came in an hour after me and got in before me, even though I signed in an hour before. I have had to wait for another 40min after he went in.

I would like to speak with someone further. We visited the Baytown Tx location for my 2 year old son to have blood drawn. The nurse was cold and uninviting. I asked her about our quest insurance through my husband‘s company and she disregarded the inquiry then she said we would wait for another nurse to come in and help since he is too, and I am nine months pregnant. He was sitting on my lap. The next thing I know she asked me to hold his wrist quick and she put in the needle, I was not prepared and it was very chaotic. He ended up squirming, and it was painful, and he was poked. Additionally, she was very frantic and frustrated as if it was my fault And the other nurse came in trying to help with the situation. My son was very much in distress, she continued to wanna try again with the other nurses help we tried. She was able to get one vile, and then he started moving and she pulled it out and was not able to complete the Blood draw. It was very traumatic and there was very little compassion and we were told we’d have to come back and try again. I am extremely satisfied and will take my business elsewhere. I do think that this was handled very unprofessionally and should be addressed by management at the Baytown facility

I will refuse next time a Dr tries to send me here - waiting room full and they are servicing one person at a time - what????

They are Friendly and Efficient. My technician was very good. She just transferred from Louisiana. I really enjoyed talking with her

very fast and friendly experience. had an appointment at 12:20, and was able to check in before getting there. i was taken back at 12:21 , got my blood drawn and checked out by 12:25. would recommend this place if you have an APPOINTMENT.

If I could, I would give zero. The nurse or phlebotomist has given the worst service possible. It seems like she was in a hurry. I asked two questions, to which she responded as if they were silly questions. If you don't like your job, find another one!

My baby needed a blood test and they sent me here. The first time the phlebotomist was very professional. But this second time my son suffered a lot. She hurt my son, she put the needle in his arm and was looking for my son's vein for a long time. I asked her to take it out, but not until the third time she took it out. I felt helpless for having let her go so far. Her excuse was that my baby was dehydrated and that's why there was no blood coming out, that's a lie. She didn't apologize at all, she even smiled. When I arrived she didn't introduce herself, she didn't address my baby with kindness. I had a terrible experience with Bambie, that's what her nametag said. I was devastated and very sad. I didn't cause any problems, I just left that place. I will never go there again or would I recommend it to anybody.

Nobody to talk to, just a kiosk to sign in, and if you hadn't made an appointment, it will tell you to come back later or wait hours. Also, they overcharge for all diagnostics tests because they can.
