Horrible customer service. Went into store because of a stitching issue on a boot and he pretty much told me its normal wear and cant do nothing. Its only been 6 months with the boots. The soles are still full. Gonna look for an alternative boot after this $250 for a 6 month boot ain't worth it

Horrible Customer service I, Used To Love Coming To, Red Wing stores because of Customer Service and I love their quilting boots, And if it weren’t for that I would’ve walked out and not purchase anything.
This is My second store today and it’s like they don’t want to make a sale at all.
You don’t get greated and when they finally ask you for what you need. They just point at a wall .
One you know what you want and ask for it ,they make the nastiest faces

.this want allow me to give you no stars, but this is a racist store, i was in this store awaiting service then two white customers walked in, the attendant left me standind there to assist the white customer!! 2021 get over your racism!!! Ill definitely let my company know of this ,maybe they will find another vendor gregorywinters 4/8/2021 330 pm!!!!

The two ladies were so knowledgeable on each product. I was greeted as I came through the door. It was a genuine greeting not forced or overwhelming. I forgot her name but one the ladies helped with a elaborate foot scanning machine. She explained each step and even let me see my results on her iPad. It was a nice experience. Also the store was clean and organized. The floor extremely shiny. Windows clear even the parking lot was clean. I was in and out with a pair of boots in a bag in under 30 mins. 10/10.

I went yesterday and bought a pair of boots for women size 8. Once I got home i wore them to make sure it was the right size. Today I went to exchange it for a bigger size. Well as soon as the seller saw me he just put this “You Again” face. When I told him that I wanted a bigger size he didn’t speak to me, he just reviewed the boots and brought me the bigger size boots. The entire time was this “I Hate You” face and this lack of kindness, which bothered me so much, cause the entire time I was so polite. It’s not like I got free boots, i paid 230 dollars. People like this just make me don’t want to ever go back to that store. It’s just a shame cause they sell great boots

$260 boots supposedly water proof(not). Returned them but they didn't have my size in stock so had to wait 7 to 10 days. Got a call they were ready but when I got there they had sent the wrong size and the store isn't exactly close by and I work the same hours they are open so getting to the store takes some planning. I recommend getting work boots from academy or boot barn

The sole of my boots was peeling off and taking in water I came in to check on warranty and no problem was switched out
