I brought my 2022 Chevrolet Equinox RS to Ron Craft Chevrolet in Baytown on 12/10/2025, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Everything was straightforward, honest, and handled with real professionalism.
From check-in to pickup, the staff kept me updated and made sure I understood what was being done. No runaround, no pressure — just good, solid customer service.
I’ll gladly be returning for future service and highly recommend them to anyone needing work done.

I understand that your service representatives get busy, especially on Saturdays when there are only two working. However, the attitude from them is unacceptable. Everyone has bad days, and I don’t expect “king” treatment, but I do expect professionalism from your service department. It felt as though I was an inconvenience every time I brought up a concern or asked a question to the service personnel. I will not be returning for service work on my work truck or my personal truck. The days when management actually cared about their customers seem to be over.

Fast and efficient service. Brought my car in to have oil changed, didn't wait that long. Free popcorn and coffee. Staff with friendly. Nice waiting area with TVs. Overall visit was good.
