Sales and finance were good to deal with and moved along quickly which I like. My sales person did only spend a couple minutes with me before I left in my new truck and didn't go over much. Got home and find out the radio would not keep it's settings after i turned off the vehicle and got back in to restart. The sales guy said my phone had to sync to the truck and did not understand that WAS NOT the problem! Called the service dept, they said to bring it in. I asked for maybe a quick help over the phone and they refused and i did not want to drive an hour and a half back!!! So, fortunately i found something online on how to reboot the infotainment system and that fixed it. Why the service dept couldn't tell me over the phone, I don't know......... Everything up to that point was good and would purchase from Ron Craft again. Suggest the sales guy spend a little more time going over the details of the pickup before jumping out to the next customer.

I hate putting gas in my truck let alone having to do all these little things to keep it going. However when something needs to be done I know I can just pull up at Ron Craft and have them take care of me. They are so friendly and attentive to what I am needing. Thank you so much for making this easy for me. I am able to maintain my vehicle and feel special while waiting. Their waiting area is very nice and clean too. Would so recommend them to my family and friends. ?

My salesman's name was John Hirsch I called him the day before told him what I was looking for. He took my credit information call back about an hour later told me I was approved went in next day and got my truck 2024 Silverado custom it was all smooth professionally done I couldn't be more happier the way I was treated it was awesome I would recommend everybody go Ron Craft Chevrolet they will do you right

So I bought a 23 corvette 2 months ago and today my touch screen went completely blank and unresponsive. I took it to the dealership today (10/24) around 1pm thinking someone can at least look at my car and trouble shoot, if anything. Instead it was the complete opposite. The service advisor (older white lady) told me that I would have to drop off my car and could take days to diagnose the problem. Once it’s diagnosed, “it can stay there indefinitely” as there is a “long time for waiting for parts” and that there are cars there “that have been waiting for months to be fixed”.This is the kind of service that you get at this dealership. It’s laughable that you spend 100k on a car, and no one is available to even look or offer to help trouble shoot what may seem like a simple fix. Oh, and you can’t make appointments either. So that means (per the older lady) that you have to drop off your car and possibly wait days before anyone can diagnose. Not sure if race played into this, but I just find it hard to believe this Chevrolet/Cadillac dealership treats their customers like this. Better to spend your hard earned money at other foreign luxury dealerships than this place. Service here is a complete joke.

I took my 2021 C8 Corvette to Ron Craft to have the oil changed and it was an excellent experience. The advisor was friendly and knowledgeable and even advised of a recall on the car I didn’t know about. Overall quick and would highly recommend them.

Had a great experience buying our truck at this dealership!!! Salesman Chad Jones was on top of every question and concern we had when we visited to buy our truck!!! If you go here, go ask for Chad as he was on point and very responsive!!! Thanks for being an awesome salesman sir!!!

Honestly everything was great until I took possession of my vehicle after the repair was done. I started the car to leave and it wasn't acting right. I drove it about a block before realizing that my speedometer wasn't working and the transmission wasn't shifting correctly. I returned immediately to the service department. When I informed the agent I had been dealing with of what the car was doing, he told me it had nothing to do with the work that had been done and basically washed his hands of it. He didn't offer to have a technician take a look to see of something had been disturbed during the job. I drove toward my home and a few blocks later everything began working. I can't believe you guys would treat a possible future customer this way.

The first service rep I spoke to told me that it’d be a week and a half before anyone would be able to look at my transmission. He said I’d have to park it, and they’d get to it when they could. I told him that this is a ridiculous expectation. I told him that I had used the online tool to schedule my appointment two weeks prior. It would have been great for someone to at least tell me after I made the appointment, “Hey, just so you know, we’re running about a week and a half behind on transmissions, so you may want to bring in your truck now.” OR even better, tell me when you’re getting close to being able to look at my truck and I would bring it in at that point. Fortunately, you have Elizabeth. She got me on Friday, and I had my truck back on Monday. Should have talked to her to begin with.

Our experience in the beginning was very rough we did have some good folks and some not-so-great ones we had to deal with, but the end result is we got my husband's vehicle repaired and in a timely manner by the Ford dealership next door. So, thank you for that.Thank you to Corey in finance for going the extra mile to help us get my husband's vehicle repaired, going beyond your job description is what matters to customers and you did that for sure.Unfortunately, after all the grief and 2 vehicles later we will not be back to your dealership again.

Terrible customer service, the salesperson had a not caring attitude about sales, no interest in helping us, the manager never came back to comunicate after we spoke to him and were waiting for his response, but he did not have the courtesy to return to us and sent the guy who had a horrible attitude and a horrible personality and I know very well about sales and customer service. I have been working in a similar position since 1996, plus I was a car salesman before for Chrysler and I have never treated anyone that way, especially when you expect a commission.Very sad ,horrible, those are the places that you never want to comeback and you will never recommend them to anyone.

Monica and other team members were amazing! I was kept informed and the service was incredibly fast! To top that off, I was able to joke and talk with staff around me in between their working and it made me feel as I and my truck mattered to them as well! Keep this team you have!!!

First time using Ron Craft services. Made an appointment by choosing the selection I need for my truck on their website. Gotten a call and verified. Came in, the representative who had me is inpatient and rushed me. They gave me a different oil change package (basic - $100) from what I chosen a $200 service but different service, not what I needed for my truck. Said the website is a third party and basically they do not honor it. Used for only appointments. So deals, prices, etc are false advertisement. Don’t waste your time on that. The other vehicles that are taken care of by cover a plastic protector on the driver seat so the tech won’t stain it. They did not do it on mine. At the end I found my seat covered in some white powder and a smudge of oil on my seat. The techs did not care. The time came to pay my bill and rushed me to pay and waited for me to pay before handing my keys like I’m some kind of thief, the fat lady with glass seem stubborn and impatient. I feel sorry for this place, never coming back here.ADVICE: Before you pay your service, walk outside and check your car if everything’s is in working order and nothing is damaged or stained because they will not care.

I am extremely happy about the experience. John stayed late to complete the sell and it was quick and easy. We actually were just going to test drive a couple vehicles but then were hit with an amazing, no frills deal and we bought it right then and there! Very Happy!!!

Everyone is very friendly and they go above and beyond for their customers. The only reason I am giving a 4 is because of the wait time. I was there for almost 5 hours. I had a few lights come on my dashboard on a vehicle that I purchased from them 2 months ago. It is a used vehicle so I knew eventually it would need to be serviced just did not expect it to be that soon. And it just took a while for someone to even look at it. Other than that they are amazing.
