There is a young lady who works at the Ross’s on 146–I believe that is still considered part of Baytown. Over the past 2-3 months, I have shopped there maybe 3-4 times. Since that time, I always see this same young lady — working so hard!
Last night—when I arrived, she was hanging up returned, or tried on, clothing back to their appropriate areas—she is very fast! Then, not long after, I see her at the cashier/return area—the ONLY employee in that area—greeting each customer, answering the phone, taking returns, ringing up sales—and all while being professional, welcoming, smart, quick—and always with kindness. Her name is “Rachel.” Please give this young Lady praise, respect & encouragement! We ALL, each need to lift others up—by being positive, encouraging, respectful, showing appreciation — positive brings positive. A positive culture attracts & keeps — GREAT folks—GREAT employees.
Thank you, “Rachel” at Ross’s! Hey, that’s kind of a catchy slogan!

Love ross. This location has got alot of new product priced at amazing pricing. And the store is always super clean. I do however feel like security is staring me down, but that's his job! Keep up the good work!!!

If you have the time, it's okay. If you look hard enough you can find some good deals. When you do find something, don't plan on getting out quick. The lines are always long. There's usually only 1 and sometimes 2 people working the register. It's always hot in there like their ac don't work. I don't blame the employees for everything. The customers have half the blame. They just throw stuff anywhere. They let their kids run around screaming and doing whatever they want. If you're cool with all that come find you a good deal.

This morning I got here before the store opened and I noticed cars already parked in front of the store employees taking the front row parking and not leaving them for their customers this does not show good courtesy on Ross management. Most stores have their employees park farther away and leave the closer parking for their customers.

Horrible customer service, the cashier attended me and my mom with a reluctant attitude to do her job and service us. After telling her we will pay separately, she ignored bagging our items separately and handing us our individual receipts, she continued trying to bag our items together after being requested to be charged and treated separately, she continued to leave both of our receipts hanging out of the machine thus my mom had to repeat we are paying separately and would like our separate receipts and bags . She Treated us with a lack of basic respect over her menial tasks as a cashier , her unwillingness and pettiness came off as disrespectful and belittling and left my mom and I feeling like dogs as paying customers. Not the first time relatives and I have had uncomfortable experiences shopping here with employees , including the girl in the back in the same afternoon whom was attending customers in the changing stalls, she looked at me with a stank look on her face while I was simply trying to acknowledge her presence to be attended and let through into the dressing room with my mom.
Simply said customers service feels like kick in the ass here.
Falta de respeto con la cajera , no los quiso dar nuestros recibos y muy mamona para hacer su trabajo. Lo mismi con la que atiende los de atras en los cuartos de medir ropa.

Prices are great, selections are vast, but checking out is not my favorite thing about the store. Lines are long almost anytime you are shopping there.
