Baytown location is horrible, the day of my appointment they told me I didn't have an appointment because they cancelled it due to them not having the glass needed.Instead of them calling and communicating with me they just cancelled without notice.I had to call them and the girl didn't really care much. Said I would get a call back and still never heard back from them.

This place had the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. They bait and switched us with the windshield, did not tell us when they swapped our windshield for a more expensive one.Prior to the service we checked many times if the car would need recalibrating and we were assured of the cost being correct on the quote. The store was unable to fix the car in the day they had it and sent us home with an unsafe car. We were not notified about any changes in price until we were home hours later and received a new bill via email for 800 dollars more than we had been quoted.We talked with the employees at the store and they were very rude, talking over us, interrupting us and over all not listening to our concerns.We ended up telling the store we would not be bringing our car back to them to calibrate as we no longer trusted them to do proper work on our car. the woman we spoke to said she would still charge us for the calibration even though the service was not completed. My husband had to go again to talk with her and she relented after hours of us trying to get this fraudulent charge removed from our bill.We took the car to the dealership after all of this to have it calibrated and it turns out that safelight did not properly install the glass windshield, it was crooked and would need to be totally replaced. When the dealership showed us we could see that it was not properly aligned and the rear view mirror was attached wrong.the company as a whole has a policy they will not do refunds only credits towards the next repair and after being talked down to, talked over, treated as if we were idiots, fraudulent charges, and poor workmanship we did not feel comfortable ever going to that shop again.Long story shot...... NEVER GO TO THIS SHOP..... we ended up having to pay for two windshields and calibration and I had to take my husband to work for 3 days as he was without a car.If I could give this place zero stars I would, the way they acted bordered on criminal with bait and switch tactics and threatening us with fraudulent charges.

Replaced windshield in the quoted time of about an hour. Kevin answered all my questions and explained everything as he worked. Replacement windshield looks as good as OEM. Paid lots of attention to detail and thoroughly cleaned the dash and hood after the install.

I called the Baytown location to find out if they offered glass restoration for pits/chips. I wanted to talk to a person at the counter and schedule an appt., if applicable. Could NOT make progress beyond the automated system.Quit being CHEAP and reinstall person to person contact. Another customer lost.

Changed out windshield quickly but it was an unpleasant experience. The tech in the bay had his music turned up loud enough that it was hard to hear phone call. Had a headache and the bass felt like someone was driving a spike into my skull. So 5 stars for the service but one star for the experience.

Hard to get a real person on the phone. Finally made a appointment then got a estimate on fixing a small rock chip wanted 65.00 plus insurance. Canceled appointment will never never go back.

Customer Service was not very good. I know its extremely hot outside but the crack has still spread even though they put something in the glass.

Please do not take your any of your vehicles here especially those that may need a recalibration done after the install. They replaced the windshield with no problem. However, in the process of 'trying' to recalibrate the safety features system twice and failing both times, caused a complete failure/shutdown of this system. This required the entire computer and components responsible for the safety features to need to be replaced. Costly expense for us on their failure. They refused to take responsibility even thought the dealership doing the repairs stated that their inability to fully complete the recalibration caused the failure to happen in the first place. For a company that claims they do more glass work and recalibration services I see many similar recalibration issues on their webpages and in reviews. Maybe there is something to it in that, they don't know what they are doing. Never using Safelite again. Please take your vehicle to your dealer where someone that actually knows what they are doing can keep you from having to deal with issues like this.

Excellent customer service and superb work. Repaired a rock chip on my windshield in 10 minutes and it is almost completely hidden.

Started with them advertising a dropbox for keys - they don't have one and I wasted over an hour this morning.Called store to tell them I was on my way to pick up truck and they informed me they close after last customer and not 5 pm as advertised. I asked them to leave keys in truck and unlocked.I get here in uber and they left truck outside and locked. I am now stranded waiting on another uber.0 stars. Awful place and service. Use anyone but this clown operation.

They replaced our windshield with a new OEM one and it had a four inch scratch. Had to get it replaced again, then they lost our antenna.
