Sandy is the best! I've been getting my hair cut here for a while now, and she nails it every single time. She’s super friendly, easy to work with, pays attention to detail, and always gives me the perfect haircut. You can tell she really cares about her work and making sure her clients leave happy. Since day coming into Sandi's Crew Cuts felt like home. The atmosphere and the vibe is very welcoming. Was looking for a new location for my son and she's awesome with him and definitely makes him look sharp!

Very rude and arrogant owner. Stay away from this place if you can. Much better and nicer places to get a haircut in Baytown. Never going back. Owner is extremely unprofessional. Be warned.

I would give the place a star but the owner zero stars. She has zero customer service and is very arrogant and rude. She will mock customers behind their back and then be nasty to their faces. Beware this queen of the hair piles. Many good places in town that have much better customer service by far. I feel bad for her staff.

I have been getting my ears lowered here since she opened. Very nice people and professional. They do great work on men and kids. Now it is mostly appointment only. It is simple just download The Cut app and schedule your time.
