I don’t have an account with Shell but I have used there atm and realized I needed a solid bill…why is it such an issue to exchange money I got out u atm for a solid bill…so they can’t exchange money if u don’t have an account…bad way to show your community good service if we can’t even utilize you for simple things…meany of my family use them but I will definitely encourage them to switch to a more community oriented bank…petty policies!

I was supposed to get paid a day earlier on the 18. The day before a federal holiday. And I didn’t get paid yet! What I want to know what was the issue going on because it shows on my job compensation app that my job sent the money and was ready to be in the account before Juneteenth! Please explain what happened to me because I was planning on going grocery shopping and I had no food at my house!

August 30 I was there to ask for information about loans, Monica helped me since my husband is out of town and cannot go in person, she told me it could be done by email or by phone, my husband sent her an email to get started the application for the application I also called him by phone, left him messages and I have also been calling him and leaving him voice messages and until today he has not answered our call at least to tell us that he is not going to help us and so we will no longer lose our time.Being a member of Shell Federal Credit Union I expected more from them

Rude Monica Gonzalez. This was my worse experience at a financial institution in the United States. I Went to Shell federal credit union to withdraw my CD that reached its maturity date. I was notified by the bank that if I did not I would be penalized.I was sent to a banker who had no knowledge of banking and finance. I don't know whether she got that job through a family member. I told her what I came to do and she would not allow me to withdraw my money and told me many lies that I did not have any CDS and maybe I had them with a joint account with family members. I told her that was not the cause but she insisted, I had to excuse myself from the room. She was very abrasive, very rude, and very untruthful. She lacks knowledge of banking and finance. She was very loud. Very vociferous and could not believe that was the bank that was very inept. Oh my gosh, what a bad experience. They don't even deserve a stay. She failed to listen and provide exceptional service.this is the third issue I have had with Shell, they charged me late fees on my loans when my loans were current and they charges me a late fee on my credit card when I always paid them in full with no credit card balance and I always paid my loans more than the minimum and before the due date. The credit union is not a good financial institution.Monica Gonzales should not be working at this bank

Opened an account here. Easy to do and didn't take very long. Opening a Checking account required $5 and must also open a saving account. No banking fees. Intrest bearing savings account. Get a real banking debit card with chip when opening an account, printed in the bank.Only downfall some may have an issue with: within 90 days of opening an account, all checks can not be cashed out. Must be placed in saving account with a 2 week hold before being release. Also, same 90 day rule, can not use app to deposit checks. Must take into bank and wait the 2 weeks to get funds.
