Heads up this sherwin Williams does not carry any of the promar white in all the neighborhoods in the area. You have to go all the way to the sherwin on Alexander rd. I will say the sherwin on Alexander is much more friendly and quicker.

First time and last at this store, manager passed right infront of me without a good morning or how can I help you. Worst guest service. There was only one other client in the store who was visibly upset as well. They don't carry the color (white) all the new homes of 4 new subdivisions built in the same avenue are. Not that they were off, the person said they just don't carry it 😑 and told me I needed to place an order to get it but he wasnt sure when it'll be there, then just sent me to another location.
Thumbs up for the cleaning crew the place is super clean.

Bad service and if you place the order to save time, they don't has it. Even if they now that you have a account o buy before. 1 time can be but 2 times.... no.

The employee on Garth rd. didn't know a damn thing. This is the worst Sherwin Williams I've ever been to. He said he could not get me the color I wanted. I guess I just have to go to another Sherwin Williams that has someone with more knowledge.

Do NOT go here! Dallas has absolutely NO customer service. Asking if it was a black person who ordered the paint like what does it matter what color they were. I just wanted to pick up paint. Told me he got in trouble because they threw the paint match out and didn't get the customer info. I dont work for Sherwin- Williams. I dont know how you guys operate. But if you want a sarcastic guy help you with no customer service skills then come on in!

Great customer service. Called my order in, and it was correct and ready to go when I picked it up. Staff was nice and friendly. Always taking the time to make sure I had everything I needed. Overall the service is great here.

Horrible experience, April 25th 2021 10am in the morning . The lady at the front desk didn’t want to help when I asked what I wanted to paint she told go to where they have the samples and look which one I want...never again...go to Lowe’s or similar people want to help and work.That lady didn’t want to work, hire somebody willing to work please or you are going to loose costumers even your great products.
