Absolutely trash service. I came in needing to get a specific color for the base of a mural project. I asked if they could use rgb values or hexa to get a color close to my design. They said no they didnt offer that service. I had to ask for a color chart they did not even offer for me to look for myself without request. I ordered a color at first I thought looked pretty close and since the lighting in the store was extremely dark I went over to the color squares on the wall to double check and realized under better lighting that it was incorrect they had already started the tinting process. I left without getting anything. I needed 10 colors and after the lack of effort or interest in assisting me in any capacity other than taking my money I decided I would leave. I asked my client if they would consider benjamin moore because they color match based off of rgb codes or at least the manager at the store would put in the extra effort to search their values and get the closest match. The client was deadset on sherwin williams unfortunately. So now I have to sit here and search color values and codes and edit my design because this is the second time a different sherwin williams location has told me they do not do matching off of rgb values. I dont like having to come through RGB values to find the approximate color match for my designs and I wouldn't use sherwin williams typically if not requested as a result. I spend about 10k in paint a year and its a shame because the product is great the lack of service options is not.

Kudos to the Baytown location off of Alexander. Shout out to Adam and Francisco as they were very helpful and kind and provided an overall positive experience for me today!

Employees were very knowledgeable and helpful. Myles and Francisco were especially helpful making a color adjustment, when a color selection didn't quite work out for us.

The man at the front counter was either untrained with a "I don't care" attitude or is under paid with a "I no longer care for this job" attitude.Either way. It took way too long to just buy a 5 gallon bucket of paint.2 out of 5 would not recommend.Reason why 2 and not 1 star is because there are people that want to care working here but just don't get paid enough.
