Gas pumps hardly ever work, and you wont get your money back for over a week. They trying to fix it up in the inside but the pumps still trash.

Don't waste your time stopping here. Clerks are too busy surfing their phones and staring off into space to make coffee at 5am. Management does not care about the state of the store. Water leaks throughout smells molded. Plus, they try to make tacos in most likely a molded store. This place should just close if they don't care that much.

Dirtiest place ever - don’t ever go there -food and coffe and drinks all are dirty - I ask one of the workers one day why this location doesn’t have any coffee creams and not clean like 711 few minutes away, he said because they are newest .

Thank you so much for selling babys Tylenol. My baby had a 101.9 fever at 2am and all the pharmacies and other stores were close and other gas stations didn't carie them. You saved my baby from going into the ER last night for selling Baby Tylenol to me at 2am. So Thank you so much for being open and selling over the counter medications for children♥️

Went for my fountain big gulp. The soda station is out of sodas (plenty CO2). Had already a cup of ice setup. Then, instead of wasting a cup of ice, I decided to get the 2 sodas for four dollars. Sad that it changed from last week of 2 sodas for 3.75. Any ways, thought I was going to be charged around $4.32. Instead, it was for $5.38. They charged me 89 cents for a cup of ice. I asked, and she stated she had to charge me for the cup regardless of whether it was filled or not. Even though they did not put a sign up on the station, it was out. They would rather you throw it away and walk out. I was willing to buy the sodas as long as I got the cup of ice. Go the store down by Kroger, or Decker, or the one on the corner of Wallisville. They would allow you to keep the ice cup instead of expecting you to throw it away and losing income from buying 2 sodas.

They have no respect to customers. They were busy with their phones while I am waiting for my merchandise on the table, had to wait almost 5 minutes. When I asked them for the 2nd time, the one on the the right side talked to me in an impolite way.

WORST GAS STATION THEY NEVER GIVE BAGS. my tacos fell on the floor because the barbacoa grease got on the paper bag and ripped. they don’t EVER have anything warm and hot. staff is rude and lazy

I was extremely disappointed tonight when I walked in. I absolutely love this location since it’s a few miles from my house and clean thanks to all the sweet staff. They always make you feel welcome and at home which is extremely rare compared to most places where they rarely even look up to make eye contact when you walk in. And tonight I came with my friends and saw ms. Donna running back and forth alone with a line of people as the device is going off. People were trying to grab things off the counter as she’s trying to juggle all the chaos by herself. I think it’s absolutely disrespectful to treat such amazing staff so poorly when sweet people like them rarely come along. Idk who runs this place but do better and don’t leave one woman alone at night by herself without at least letting her lock the door.

This store apparently wrote up all of it's employees involving something with which they were not trained properly. It seems unlikely that all of it's employees would get something wrong unless management failed to teach it to them. That's just me, though. I hate to support a business that treats their employees so poorly
