I wish I could give 0 stars. The lady that made my food wasn’t so rude at first but that manager with the lil rusty silver dentures was rude af. She got upset because I asked for extra meat and told her I didn’t mind paying extra and the fact I used a coupon then her and the lady started being very rude upon checking out. So I told her she could keep the sandwiches and I would spend my money elsewhere she replied yeas please do and bye. It’s more to this story just too much to type. But upon reading other reviews it look like she rude to everyone

Placed an online order as I always do whenever I got to the store 30 minutes before they closed the door was locked, and the lady was behind the counter looked at me and then continued doing whatever she was doing. I then called the store multiple times no answer. They did not cancel my order and I have not been refunded nor did i get my sandwiches.

The lady caught a attitude and is very disrespectful along with the guy with glasses who works here. Both are rude and disrespectful!!

My kids and I went in on 07/12/2022 because of the free sandwiches that were being advertised when I got up to the counter I asked the lady for 3 of the free sandwiches she got an attitude and was like what bread do you want! Needless to say the whole time the lady which told me she was the manager the gave me an attitude the whole entire time she was making our sandwichs I ended up walking out as my kids and were one of her employees laughed at us very loud I don't believe I deserve or anyone deserves that kind of service why do offer free sandwiches if you're gonna be rude about it.

Arrived at the store at 7:45 pm. Customer walked out and before I could exit my car and go in. The employee ran to door smiling and laughing and locked the door. We checked online, says store closes at 8:30pm. Called the store and the employee was very short and sarcastic regarding store hours. You would think with the businesses that had to close because of COVID that this business would want to take our order! SMH!! What is wrong with people!!

I've been going here since this location opened, and I've always had good experience with the staff even with the high turnover rate. The sandwiches are always fresh (I know, go figure;) The location can be difficult to get to, and leave, depending on the time of day, usually during rush hour in the evening.

This location will not answer the phone if there is a person in line at the restaurant. Losing business daily for big call in orders. Today was the last time. There's 2 more Subways less than 2 miles away. Avoid this location. Plus they don't have seafood either.

the young lady that made my sub was super nice. The manager on the other hand was RUDE! I was over charged and after I paid and looked at my receipt and told the lady. She had to get the manager to give me a refund. The manager was so rude about it like it was ME fault that I was over charged! UGH

Go to any other location.I've lived near this location for years. Unfortunately, the service and sandwiches from this location are extremely inconsistent. Occasionally it's good and at other times it is terrible; mostly middle of the road. Over the years I would be frustrated by the staff, now it is clearer that management is the issue here. Poor training, under-staffing, and unresponsive to customer issues. Even an email to the franchisee whet unanswered.

Subway is still at the bottom of my list of sandwich restaurants. Its better than making it at home, but not better than Firehouse, Jason's Deli, etc
