I decided to try T mobile internet at my vacation home, received my equipment and had to return home unexpectedly so I didn’t get a chance to use the equipment. Returned the equipment to the local T-Mobile store. Thought everything was taken care of but $55.00 was taken out of my account. Called T mobile and was told stores didn’t cancel services. Also was supposed to have the $55.00 returned which didn’t happen. Definitely be the last $55.00 they’ll get from us.

It’s cheap. Performance is adequate. But, I was never located where I lived. In fact it was over 200 miles away. Talk about being blacked out of sporting events that I should not have been.
But, the biggest issue is that as a residential user you will be the last priority in service. So, when businesses are having problems, your service will screech to a halt. The lesson I learned was be a primary user of the business. Not the leftover capacity a phone company that is trying to squeeze every last dollar from its excess capacity. Because you are the first to be sacrificed when the phone business must be supported.

I paid in March a restoration fee and connection for the month on the 14th 2 weeks in starting receiving messages about payment due. I called and they said no not until the 14th and I continuing the service by the 8th they discontinued my service and expect me to pay again more fee when I already paid 90.52 that prior month!!! Tmobile is a ripoff I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, trouble starts the 3rd month in and doesn't stop there.

If your modem gets stolen by a breakin to your house, tmobile will charge you $299. No matter if you show police report of breakin to your house. Thieves stole the modem and all electronics.

I have been a T-Mobile customer for 5 years and have been greatly pleased with their phone service. Last year I signed up for their internet service. When the service first started everything was great with speeds and reliability. 2 months ago there was a substantial drop in the speed. I contacted T-Mobile and was told to move my in home tower. I explained to them that the connection showed 5 bars and that was not the problem. They said they would check into it. Several weeks later I had not heard anything but, another issue popped up with the reliability. For 2 consecutive nights between 10 and 10:30 PM we lost the internet service completely. T-Mobile said to reset the tower by removing the back up batteries and unplugging the power cord for at least 10 seconds. This worked and the system was fine for several more weeks. We went out of town and the internet went out again. I called T-Mobile and they told me to reset the tower. I informed them I was out of town and I had 3 indoor cameras plus the doorbell camera that worked on Wi-Fi and was unable to check the cameras on my app without Wi-Fi. They apologized and promised to have their engineering department look into the issue. I was upset over the loss of views on these cameras but, thankfully the outdoor cameras and the alarm system are direct wired. We returned home and I reset the tower. 2 nights later, it went out again. I called Spectrum the next morning and got internet service from them. They are more expensive then T-Mobile which isn't pleasant but, the reliability and speeds of the system make up for it. I urge anyone seeking to use T-Mobile Internet service to tread lightly. If you have a security system, cameras or streaming services then T-Mobile internet is not for you. The interruption of streaming services is annoying but, not having your security system and cameras not working jeopardizes your property and personal safety of yourself and family.

T-mobile internetRecently I switched to this service. The speed of the internet is significantly better than the competitors regular service. The modem was placed by an upstairs window and reaches well throughout the entire house. Customer service is very easy to reach and representatives make sure all questions are answered. The cost is about average for this area and it works better. I would recommend this service to my family and friends. Very happy with T-mobile!

I lose connection every day. Have to wait at least an hour to reconnect.
