I went in trying to get 2 phones and was trying to get information since I didn't have the trade in phones on hand and just needed information so I could bring back and look into. I was pressured pretty hard on making a deal that same day when I told the gentleman several times that I just needed information and was told not to continue writing information down because the numbers will change and usually I can get behind that but I'd like to still gather information now even it does change and was told several times I picked up the pen the number would change and not to write it down because it would be a waste of time. So this place I do not recommend going to if you need information I decided to come to the t mobile near 146 and were able to get all the information needed without any trouble and I will be comming to that store for now on due to there professionalism and being for the customer unlike the subject store on garth. I felt I was at a car dealership and was very Un professional and uncomfortable

The customer service representatives in the store was very rude! They do not have optimistic and enthusiastic workers that they would help people. They are not happy to help people whether in-person or on the phone!There was an extra fee that we had to pay because we weren't notified that there was a new policy at the store. When we called the store, they did not gave us an explanation and always kept cutting me off.

Walked in the store and was met by very courteous folks. They met our needs in a timely manner and was very informative as well. Highly recommend T-Mobile.
