Service center is abysmally slow. After wasting 5 hours of my time told me it'd be couple more hours and being told originally hour and a half. Not letting them work on my truck

Really slow, my truck got there 3pm they said about an hour he'll be in the BAY, but at 7pm another shift says there's another truck ahead of him which is not in BAY. Waste of time!

Been at door to come in for 1.5 hrs so far. I was supposed to be pulled right in. Mechanics just walking around with there coffee like they are looking for something to do. But won’t do anything but walk around. I wish I had a job that I didn’t have to do anything but walk around and drink coffee.
