I don’t know what happened but 23 years ago it was a very good place to stop at. Now the parking lot is full of garbage and abandoned vehicles. Blue landstar truck. Not even safe to walk your fur baby for fear of them stepping on someone or eating something. The guy that is supposed to be cleaning up the garbage just rides around in the cart and hides in the back parking lot. I saw him do that 4 times last night and not clean anything. I think all managers need to come out and inspect the whole lot and make sure that everything gets clean for use truckers!!!!

Took a shower 10/25/25 at 2pm. This is to the guy cleaning the showers, I had to go over your work with lysol spray, someone's hair was on the toilet and shower. I'm a tipper, usually I leave $5-10, but your work is not tippable. Please do better, many of us appreciate you. 🙏

Trash cans out side are full, the men's restrooms in bad need of cleaning and that since early morning. Don't know about the showers. The parking lot has debris and trash. I saw some one on the golf cart drive to the back corner and just sat there. Thought maybe he was emptying out the trash cans, no he just drove by them to park in the back.

I Took My Truck To The TA In Baytown,TX To Fix Air Leak Problem Which Was Coming From Under The Truck Friday 10/10/25 Time Checked In Was 18:51 Or 6:51 Pm Central Time But They Put Me In A Bay Or Door 1 At 9:03 Pm When They Checked The Air Leak They Said It’s The Break Chamber It Took 3 Mechanics 🧰 To Find That Leak Of The Break Chamber I’m Like Aight I Told Them The Air It’s Leaking From Under The Driver Side Then They Started Changing The Brake Chamber, Which Wasn’t The Problem To Begin With After That The ABS Modulator Started Leaking Time Is 2:00Am Then They Told Me To Wait Until 8:00am In The Morning Cause They Don’t Have The Part Which They Will Get From Volvo Dealer It’s Saturday Morning Checked In At 8:00am Waited The Part To Arrive Then They Give The 4Th New Mechanic The Wrong Work Order Which Wasn’t The Problem And He Changed The Quick Release Valve Instead Of ABS Modulator I Told Him He Shouldn’t Change Or Touch That But What Can I Do He Said It’s The Work Oder They Give Him And The Part That Needs To Be Changed After That I Started The Truck Build Air Up Then He Realized It’s The ABS Modulator Leaking Like I Said I Told You And Then They Ordered The ABS Modulator When The Mechanic Put It On The ABS Modulator Then The Quick Release Valve Started Leaking Then They Changed To My Old One Which Went Bad Also After That It’s 5Th Mechanic And 6Th Mechanic Started Working The New Quick Release Valve Also They Had To Find The Original Problem Which Was Coming Under The Truck They Cut The Hose That’s Leaking And Put Quick Connect Fittings It’s 1:40am Sunday And The Air Leak Still Leaking After That They Told Me To Wait Until Monday Morning That’s When The Best Technician Will Come To Fix The Air Leak Problem It’s Monday Morning Checked In Wait Until 9:00am That’s When The Technician Comes In When I Talk With The Technician He Told Me To Wait He Have Other Things To Do Like I Have Been Calm Since Friday I Was Like Ok I Waited Till 11:30am He Told Me To Go Sit Inside So He Can Fix The Problem It’s 2 New Mechanics 🧰 Now The Technician And His Helper I Wanted To Explain To Him The Issue He Said He Got It Now It’s 12:45pm He Come To Talk To Me About The Issue He Found Or He Is Try To Explain To Me My Problem Like I Didn’t Know It’s The ABS Modulator Leaking I Said It’s The New One That They Put It On That’s Leaking Again Bad Part The Technician Is Like They Didn’t Tell Me Is This The New One I Was Like Yes Then They Ordered New ABS Modulator Again They Finally Fixed The Problem With The Air Leak After I Paid The Money 💰 It’s Monday 10/13/25 The Time Is 20:44 Or 8:44 Pm Central Time I Went Back To Asked Them To Put Grease On My Fifth-wheels And The Break Chamber Guess What I Have Been Said To No We Don’t Want Your Problems No More I Asked Them Again Nicely We Are Not Gonna Do It I Don’t Want You In My Bay IAm So Shocked Like I Have Been Here Since Friday Patiently Show Them Respect Not Even Used One Cuss Word Or Bad Language I Cancelled Loads Cause Y’all Couldn’t Fix My Air Leak Now Putting Grease On My Fifth-wheel And My New Break Chamber It’s A Problem Y’all Don’t Want To Do It I Was Like Ok I Walked Away Subhannallaah

THIS TA SUCKS! THE INSIDE CASHIER BLACK FEMALE IS SLOW AS A SNAIL 🐌 AND MUTTERING TO HERSELF UNDER HER BREATHE BECAUSE I SAD HURRY TO HER AND SHE DIDN'T AGREE WITH ME IN HURRYING HER UP SO SHE STARED AT ME AND WALKED EXTREMELY SLOW HALF STEPS TO THE COUNTER😕 FINALLY MAKING IT TO THE REGISTER, I THOUGHT CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS WHY YOU WORK HERE BUT I GUESS NOT!, PLUS THE FOOD WAS EXPIRED, FOR THAT I WOULDN'T EVEN EAT AT THE DINER FOR FEAR IT MAYBE THE SAME --> DIRTY AND EXPIRED!!, THE PUMP PADS DON'T WORK FOR 10 AND 11 THAT I KNOW, THE WINDSHIELD WASHER CLEANER STICKS ARE OLD AND OR MISSING. WITH OLD DIRTY MUDDY WATERS, SPONGE ARE TEARING OFF, THE WHOLE PLACE IS JUST DISAPPOINTING 😞 😑 I DON'T EVEN WANNA GO USE THEIR BATHROOMS OR GET COFFEE OR FOOD BECAUSE IT MAY NOT BE UP TO PAR!!! WHO IS RUNNING THIS PLACE INTO THE GROUND! ITS SO BAD HERE! SMH 😳! COME AT YOUR OWN RISK! THE ONLY THING GOOD IS PARKING FOR TRUCKS!

I stopped at this location off Thompson road in Baytown cause it was right off the freeway and I was driving from Louisiana.I was really hungry so I went to the deli and got a chicken sandwich.It tasted like it was cooked in old grease .I ate it anyway cause I had been on the road for 6 hours and I was starving .It made me really sick 🤢.i threw up multiple times and I know it was food poisoning.i would not suggest this deli on my worst enemy .The worst part is the reason I came down here was to attend a wedding I didn’t even get to go to cause I was too sick to get out of bed and my stomach was tore up .
