This place is horrible compared to the Target in atascocita. You walk in and it is small and the lights look like those in a hospital just dim and flickery. They have like one register open can't imagine how terrible checking out will be during holidays. Also sometimes they play music and sometimes it's dead silent. Secondly it is so unorganized. I can't even shop for clothes because every department(men's, wild fable, etc, new day) Is RAMSACKED. I understand that people these days take a shirt and look at it and instead of folding it back they just crumble it and throw it but if every person there is throwing clothing around and there's not enough workers to pick up after people. I feel TERRIBLE for the workers in the clothing department because every time i go it looks like a tornado ran through. Be like atascocita! do better.

They are a little more pricey than the mart . I go to both . Sometimes I find things I want at Target and sometimes I find things at Walmart .

I was very excited to finally try these new glass bottles since plastic ones leave a strong smell of formula. As soon as I open the glass bottle I notice the cap of the bottle had formula residue. I decided to further inspect the bottle and as soon as I opened the bottle there was a strong formula smell coming out of it. The bottle had drops of dry formula all around it. When I took out the green part of the bottle I noticed more drops of formula residue and I also noticed dry pastes of formula on it. It's seems to me that this bottle was returned and never inspected to make sure it was in good conditions to go back into the shelf. It's truly upsetting to see how neglectful the employees were. Although these bottles would have been washed, god knows for how long the bottle was sitting in these conditions and not to mention the amount of bacteria that has been boiling in there. It could have easily gotten a baby sick. I truly hope employees get better at inspecting returned items. Especially the ones used for food.

I ventured to target with my hubby wubby as it was date night and we needed groceries. i am fully aware that it is a bit unfortunate that we must spend our date nights doing chores but i love our family and i am willing to do whatever it takes to care for them. anyways i had a lot of fun shopping and the music was as my teenagers say pretty lit LOL. we had an easy time finding things needed but unfortunately i still haven't found intimate time with my husband. i sometimes long for his touch and affection but after 3 children he won't look at me the same. i feel like i just don't satisfy him anymore and our love is fading... anyways Target was amazing and everything was amazing just like the bedroom used to be for me and my hubby but now he never wants to do anything because he's tired or has to wake up early for work.. anyways Target was amazing highly recommend!

I can't even call this place target. Went there today for the first time, when we arrived there wasn't even a sign on the front that said target. The store is very small compared to other locations. The children's section was unbelievably messy. Everything was just thrown in piles & unfolded. They had no shoes for school aged boys. Non. I drove 45 mins to get there to school shop, we'll never go back.

WTF Not enough plus women clothing...there are WAY more plus SIZE women in Baytown and their surroundings areas than in Houston. The Galeria Target has more fabulous plus size clothing and everyone there is on a diet.

as being a rushed adult; mostly things end up on a delayed timing run 2 target, as soon as trying to soar thru the doors, well at least my terrible 2 tod seems 2 swear he's flash off marvel trying 2 beat any obstacles but anyWHO, don't remember miss lil grumpy lady in self checkout, " employee" actin as A ZOMIBIE!? I'm confused. I would think an ACTUAL worker from a top notch grocery store would b considerate w/ CS qualified 2 know whether or NOT on speaking that the self check machine was BROKE? Lol like, you as an employee of target SHOULD speak up & let the consumers b aware?? OR AM I TRIPPEN? That's what b wrong w humanity; folks of any arts of color feel upscaler than others; yet you see the fuckin long 2-4 people wait line knowing the actual people cashiers are only down 2 being 1 open & self checkout is your only option. Target DO BETTER. Your employees are a*** Sad.

Be careful of these stores not doing the right policies about mask and enforcing the guidelines.

One of the employees at the register had an attitude prob. Take your stank face and attitude somewhere else. She's lucky to be working during thia coronavirus pandemic but instead she came of as a racist b***** Little chubby mexican chick kissing white folk a** but rude to her people. I see you, girl. Her name is Carmen. The manager needs to check her or fire her. I'm not returning.

This location is the WORST target I've ever been to. Why go to this target when their organization skills are worst than Walmart? I've lived in Baytown my entire life and unfortunately this is the target closest to me. They had a new girl in shoes about a month ago and the shoes actually looked great for once and you could actually find what you were looking for! I haven't seen her since and the shoes looked awful once again when I visited last week. The fitting rooms are absolutely disgusting. All the employees do in the clothes section is anything but do their jobs. I'm convinced they don't even have a cleaning staff and if they do it's a sad excuse of one. Also in my time of shopping here I've seen the way the managers speak to their employees and it's despicable. They treat them like their stupid and their slaves. All the employees look like they hate their jobs and not surprising at all but it's only at this location. I can only imagine what goes on behind closed doors. I feel sorry for anyone who has to work here to pay their bills because I couldn't imagine having to work under managers who treat you so horribly every single day. 10/10 wouldn't recommend this target to anyone I know.

This was the worst location ever. We were treated like criminals, worst experience EVER IN MY LIFE. Team members were following us just because it was 3 Hispanic girls and a baby. I'm pregnant and I had to use the scooter and even then they questioned why I was using it. I'm never coming back didn't even finish shopping because I was so uncomfortable.

I love target just not Baytown's. I wish we had an option. I am a weekly, at the least, customer. Saturday I was washing my car and needed change maybe $5 in quarters. I don't frequently do this but I ran to customer service to see if they would exchange it and got an abrupt weird looking no from the manager as if I'd asked him to give me quarters... it was bizarre reaction and just a ridiculous no. I'm sure they could spare $5 in quarters. And that would have been a one off for me and like I did, I would have just left and gone elsewhere but I realized I'm starting to see a pattern... I was in the self check out hands full of bags and the attendant, who was doing nothing but looking at me and hands full of bags, told me to replace the basket I was using. I put my bags down and replaced the basket then went hot my bags all before realizing how crazy that was... shelves or hit or miss as far as being stocked...Overall this target does not have the best customer service... I could wonder aimlessly before or even if I get a can I help you...glad I have a target near where I work...

The Baytown Target sucks. Here's why. I stopped in to by a product that only Target sells in the quantity that appeals to me. While I was there, I noticed the signs of what was required to get a $5 gift card. I purchased 3 packages of toothbrushes, the largest box of Bounce fabric sheets, Viva paper towels, toilet paper, and Kleenex. I told the cashier I wanted the Airborne and Reese's cups to be rung up separately so I could use the gift card I expected back on that purchase. The cashier, Darlene, said "I can't do that anymore!" I asked if there was a policy change because I have don't this in the past. She said "yes, but I don't make the policy!" I thought to myself 'she's awfully defensive for someone who doesn't make policy' and ' I didn't ask who made the policy but thanks'. She then told me I will be getting a $10 gift card. I asked her how can that be when I spent $50 on laundry and paper goods, and bought the toothbrushes. She said "you don't have to yell at me!" Well, no, I didn't yell at her, but now I felt like it thanks to her bad attitude and poor treatment of me, a customer. But I decided collecting information so I could write this complaint letter to corporate (and a Yelp review of the location) would be a better idea. Darlene whips out a store flyer and turns to the page with the toilet paper. She very defiantly asked "did you get so and such toilet paper? No you did not!" I pointed out the signs on the shelves did not specify a brand or package quantity, only that it had to be laundry, facial tissue, paper towels, or toilet paper. I even took a photo of the sign. Darlene called a manager over who was busy with another customer. In the meantime another customer came up behind my. As a courtesy, I told them I was having a fit about something here and that they might have a long wait. I think they wanted to watch the drama, but another cashier came by and offered to ring them up. THEN! Darlene said "you're not having a fit, you're inquiring!" How dare she tell me how I'm feeling or what is going on inside my head? I was indeed having a fit. The signs clearly stated "Laundry and Household Paper; offer includes laundry detergents, fabric enhancers, stain removers, bath tissue, facial tissue and paper towels". The signs were placed at eye level on the shelves, not in front of any specific product. Nor - as mentioned before - do the signs mention a specific product. The manager gave me a $10 and $5 card. I complained to her about Darlene, but you know it's never good enough to complain to a store manager when a person gets the kind of service I got. I purposely asked the manager about this new policy with the gift cards and not being able to use them until the next day, repeating what Darlene told me. The manager (did not get her name) said that is true, it's to prevent people from making unauthorized returns. So, when I got home, I told my husband everything and asked him to go back to that location, but something we still needed, and use the gift card. What do you know! It worked. Darlene told me there was some kind of code on the card to prevent people from using the card before tomorrow to force them back to the store. Obviously, that's not true. This was a horrible experience, and I may have to re-think shopping at Target in the future. I'll be returning the extra window sheer curtain too. I forgot I wanted only one panel per window, not two.
