Absolute worse Target location I've been to.....and I shop at Target all the time. THIS PLACE LOOKS LIKE A RAN THROUGH, TORN APART THRIFT STORE ON SATURDAY... Ive been to flea markets that were better organized and cleaner than this location...NEVER COMING BACK and praying for whoever owns this location.

It shouldn't take me almost one hour to buy one bag of popcorn from their cafe area. Not to mention I couldn't buy it anywhere else because the rest of the cashiers were so slow that the checkout lines in each row both reached all the way to the clothing area. I usually never post reviews but this is ridiculous. Each time I go to this target the employees act like they were just resurrected from a cemetary like a zombie. Who keeps hiring bad employees here? This is the only target that does this, every other Target has good service.

Hello!
Thank U 4 allowing me 2 share an experience at ur store in Baytown, TX.
Yesterday—learned I need surgery & it would b next week. Was looking 4 comfortable clothing 4 my recovery. Am not familiar w/ activewear. Was excited looking! All types & colors!—trying 2 match a “sky blue” top & 3 or 4 other, “shades of a ‘different’ blue” 2 find “the sky blue” bottoms! lol. Pinks & yellows 2! Shopped 4, 3 hours(?) btw—folks in the clothing sections work HARD.
Thought I was done shopping & now hungry - headed towards the cafe’. Some jewelry (across the aisle,) caught my attention…(thought I parked) my cart off 2 the side—always try 2 b considerate & not block aisles.
Returning 2 my cart—couldn’t find it! Looked & looked & looked & looked—-truly felt I had scoured EVERY aisle. NO cart. Thought, maybe I parked it somewhere else, or someone took mine(?) by accident?
Asked the young lady at CS desk 2 call someone 2 help me look, please.Told her—I didn’t want 2 think anyone took my cart—let’s just find it. A “Manager” came & helped me look in that specific area-NO cart!
Started feeling panicked as I had the cart FULL of clothing 4 my surgery — that probably took a full 2-3 hours 2 find & $500? clothing in that cart.
Asked the manager 2 please check the cameras—saying, maybe, “I accidentally parked the cart in some other area, or someone grabbed the wrong cart (mine) by mistake.” She & some young man (he had somewhat of a smart alecky attitude,) — are now standing near the front of the store & I am 1/2 way down the aisle — still searching) With a smug tone he says, “Your cart is there—where YOU left it.” The tone & his verbage was condensing. So, again, walked the depth of the store—found A CART—with a microwave in it. Told them over & over, “This isn’t my cart—my cart had a ton of clothes in it & decorative Easter eggs.” I then asked, can you please check the camera again?
The first Mgr. called for another employee to help me. She didn’t really help me look—so now, close to an hour searching. Admittedly, now getting panicked & tearing up; finally, just asked this 2nd Mgr. for the CS #. She gave it 2 me— was VERY strange, the 3 of “the mgrs.” just stared at me, felt like I was from outer space—no words—no help.
😔 Could not understand why? I asked them, “What should I do?” On the cameras, do U see the cart I was using anywhere in the store, please tell me…maybe I accidentally parked it somewhere else? No response. I gave up & called CS—very kind, empathetic, lady, “Mikala” took my call. She was very gracious, allowed me 2 “just speak.” Said she would make a report.
Now, exhausted. Am not supposed 2 b on my feet—had 2. Am not from here & fairly new. A young, handsome, black gentleman approached & asked me what was wrong? Thought he was a manager. Expressed my confusion & not knowing what 2 do—he seemed very sincere. He just listened- SO kind. He asks, “Is this your cart? YeSSS! SO 😀 &profusely thanked him. Asked him his name, believe he said, “Caili?” and where he found the cart. He said in his dept., housewares. Please give him a shout out—he IZ a great person & employee—kind, listens, tries—to be helpful & MORE! Please know, I did NOT want, or try, to be difficult & if I was, I sincerely, sincerely apologize! I only wish the 3 mgr’s.would have been a bit more kind, more helpful & more “true.” I believe if they had, the situation would have been more positive for ALL. They have stress, like many of us, but please try to help a bit more helpful & courteous. Thank you!

Everytime I come here there is long lines and only one cashier and tons of people on self checkout.
They need more employees to work cash register. I've waited in line for 30 minutes, and for holidays? Forget about it

I love Target. You get instant savings on your purchases for your household cleaning which helps a lot. Walmart doesn't offer any savings. This is why I love shopping at Target and I get in and out with no problems.

Salvaged item left on shelves. I found out what salvaged meant after the checkout clerk explained what that was and said items could not be sold.

This is probably one of the worst locations I’ve been to. Went to the bathroom and 3/5 stalls had no toilet paper. Toilet paper tubes and toilet paper were all over the floor. There was no soap in any of the soap dispensers (there never is) and the soap that was left out had either no soap or the soap had been watered down, it was gross.
I also had a terrible encounter with the young lady at the customer service check out. She had long curly hair with dark glasses and coincidentally no name tag. I had been waiting for about 20 min no one had even acknowledged me or the line of customers behind me. When the young lady finally attempted to help she was frustrated and her tone was extremely condescending the entire time. I was trying to complete a cat and jack return. I had called previously to make sure it was ok and was told it should be no problem. The young lady didn’t feel like scanning the items to check and see if they could be returned so she maxed out my return limit. Mind you anything I was informed of by her was in a condescending tone and she even rolled her eyes. I did try and get the young lady’s name but the staff were unsure since she was new. I believe I was told her name may be Brianna? But I’m not entirely sure.

Target Baytown- middle of December and there are only 2 registers open aside from self check out and the lines are backed up to the kitchen aisle. There is merchandise all over the floors, too many middle of the aisle displays allowing only one cart to get through at a time Do better Target Baytown.

Worst target I have ever been to. Been sitting in my drive up space for 30 minutes. Tried to call to cancel order or walk in to get it myself at this point and no answer. I have a 2 month old in the car or I would have shopped myself to begin with. Customer service in store is terrible. Always have to use self check out because they only have one lane open. If any. And a very limited selection. Not to mention the Verizon wireless folks who try to cold stop you on the weekend in the back of the store. Wish I lived closer to a super target.
