I had tried to purchase lanyards from them (don't know if different experience with tops) and ended up wasting a week and a half and dealing with one of the rudest people I ever have! They seemed to have no idea what they were doing and horrible communication.I finally decided to not order the lanyards from them and had an amazing experience with another vendor. I just wish I had looked elsewhere sooner.
