Like the products here I really didn't want to write a bad review but my experience with the store was very negative. So we went to the store and put a lot of clothes and it was time to check out. The cashier told us to click if we wanted to pay with our children's place card or a normal credit card and we pressed the children's place credit card because we had one but then it didn't work. We tried one more time but then she said stop pressing that like in a very aggressive tone.Like these are the exact words she said "OH MY GOSH STOP PRESSING THAT, ARE YOU DUMB?!" Didn't say anything back but then this really hurt me inside because like I had a card why is she telling me to put a credit card in if I have a children's place card. But you don't have to be so aggressive?Worst cashier ever, (she was African American and was heavy weighted.)

Today my mother, daughter and I visited The Children's Place in Baytown off Garth for some shopping. We will never be back! The clothes were cute but over priced. That aside, our main distaste for this store was the subpar staff! When we were there three women were working. Not a single one of them acknowledged our presence the entire time. The three chatty Kathy's went on and on super loud about how they do or don't shop at Ross. I have worked in customer service my entire life. I have never experience such nonexistent service at a business. It's very apparent the ladies that work here would be better off launching a podcast where they can gossip about shopping at Ross all day.

The employee angie is a very good and hard worker ! I walked in and immediately she greeted me the store is very clean and organized, once i needed help with something she stopped what she was doing to help me shes very nice she deserves a promotion!!

The cashier was bother to do price match. She said "Next time purchase them online". Really unprofessional because they weren't even busy!

I did everything in my power to not write a review because I like the products. I placed my order on March 16th. I received a e-mail on March 21st stating, my order is ready. Some of the items were to small so the nice Manager reordered the items. I waited and waited for an email and never received one. I went to the store to check and the items were there but had expired 2 days before. The items were still there and I tried to purchase them with the gift card that I was given when the order was placed. The card only had eight cents on it. I was told we can't give you the order because we don't know where the money is ( BUT I PAID ONLINE AND THE ITEMS ARE NOT IN MY POSSESSION ) and I would have to call customer service on Monday. On Monday I returned to the store and the Manager calls customer service and was told, I would be issued a gift card and I would receive it in 2-3 weeks. I thought that was unacceptable and I called myself. I was informed the same thing. I asked to speak with a Manager, the Manager that I was speaking with ( He) asked why??? They Ain't going to tell you anything different. I disconnected the line and went back into the store. The ladies said they would hold my items until the issue was resolved. I get up this morning to get all my dates in order to call and see a refund had been sent on April 17th via email and I was watching for a gift card in the mail. Ok...... I have my refund so I'll just get my items. I called the store to make sure my order was still there. I asked for a manager because I would assume the Managers would be aware of a situation that is going on. I asked her to check in the bin and she said she will check in her system and I tried to expalin to her the situation and she said ok, hold on let me check my system and hung up on me. I called back and she said the items are not there. I am very upset and have wasted my time and money. I feel like I have been robbed. I would love to give a 5 star because of the variety and quality of the merchandise but I can't because of the poor customer service.

Ms. Donna Livingston was so helpful! My order online was delivered to the wrong house and she helped me get what I needed when I came in to replace it. She really cared about what was going on and wanted to help me as much as she possibly could. I appreciate her so much!

My first time shopping at this location was such a great experience. The assistant Manager Mrs.Donna was so sweet and fun while helping find my daughter the right pair of jeans! She made our experience so welcoming; even my daughter had a great conversation with her. Great Customer service, and very well organized and clean! Definitely a new must go to location!

I tend to order online & pickup in store for the additional 5% off, the ladies that work here are so friendly & helpful! The store is a smaller one, but seems to have a great selection.

Store hour states it closes at 9 p.m apparently the three African American employees that were working the shift think they can close at 8 just because of some rain there is multiple stores dedicated to closing as stated.Need to hire people who want to and love to work if it were that way it would have been a different situation tonight.very disappointed
