RIPED OFF. Had the membership in ‘23 and got a new car this January so I told the worker in person. He ended up opening a new membership and didn’t shut the old one off. I noticed in February they charged double so I told the manager who supposedly fixed it while also saying the last worker didn’t know what he was doing on the system. But all the manager did was refund one month’s worth.
I kept getting charged double through April until I moved away. Then they kept charging me until now! Customer service (706) 938-0991 said they will only refund 1 month.

Worse washes ever. Re-wash policy sucks. Lucky if one side of your vehicle gets prepped before entering the wash. Definitely taking my business down the road and will spread the word.

I have been going to Tidal Wave for years and absolutely love it. However this past time I went, I got a flat tire through the car wash and it went completely flat when I pulled into the parking space there. I told the someone working there and they said to bring the receipt for new tire and they would consider covering the cost and made me fill some paperwork out. I went in with the receipt and the manager said they could not do anything about it. I told them to check the cameras to make sure but they did nothing about it. It truly is disappointing to be a constant customer just to have zero customer satisfaction about the one time something like this has come up.

Great place not too expensive thecwash actually does a good job then the free vacuum and cleaner with microfiber towels is a plus the monthly subscription if you go more than 2 times a month is a great deal yiu can go once a day if needed for less than it would cost you for 2 washes. 10/10 for a carwash in my book

We drove through this area that had a bunch of bugs out in the country and we had to get it cleaned off and we went to tidal wave in Baytown here and I'm going to tell you right now not only were the guys very very nice but they did an excellent job and they even went the extra mile and scrubbed the front of my truck to get the bugs off and then I went to the wash and it did great and they have stuff there you can clean your windows and everything so I very much recommend this place

Went to wash my truck, it didn’t come clean all the way so I was going to run it through again since I have a membership. But was told that I can’t, so I will be canceling my membership
Update: Y’all wanted me to reach out and call well I did that and the lady said there is nothing that can be done about that and was happy to cancel my membership that call was at 11:19 am on 10/11/2024

I’m so disappointed , I loved this place but I Moved cities a couple months back. I went in person to cancel my membership and they gave me a hand written receipt with the last date I could use the service which was July 16. I asked the guy that helped me if I needed anything else and he said I was good to go! To my surprise, I just realized they were still charging me all this time !😣 I contacted the costumer service in Georgia and the lady I spoke to said there is nothing she can do . She can not refund me for the months they have charged but she can cancel the membership now! I asked her to check when was the last date I used it as proof that I no longer live there and she said she couldn’t do anything! She said that the receipt they gave me is no proof !!! So sad that they didn’t do anything about it when I did what I was supposed to do and the person that helped me “ cancel “ the first time made the mistake! Just not fair !!! Very disappointing and poor costumer service !

I had an awful experience at this car wash. They charged me $30, but didn’t even bother to use water or soap on my car! The guy at the front was extremely rude, offering no instructions on what to do before entering the wash tunnel. To make matters worse, when I realized how poorly the service was done, there was no option for a refund. Definitely not worth the money, and I won't be coming back.
